SC Foundation Coating
GREENCONSCIOUS
Cement based foundation coating A polymer modified, cement based waterproofing coating formulated to provide superior water-resistant concrete and masonry substrates. SC Foundation Coating is designed to waterproof the exterior surface of below grade concrete and masonry. SC Foundation Coating closes the internal voids in the substrate, but still allows full breathablilty. •
Waterproofs interior, exterior, above & below grade masonry & concrete surfaces.
•
Apply to concrete block, brick, stone, precast concrete or formed concrete.
•
Apply to both positive & negative side (when hydrostatic pressure is low & aesthetics are not important.
Features
Benefits
Waterproof
Protects building interiors from dampness and moisture damage
Resistant to both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure
Suitable for use below grade interior and exterior and in water-treatment construction
Breathable
Allows interior moisture to escape without damaging coating
Compatible with high-performance coatings
Accepts a wide range of architectural coatings and textured finishes
Aesthetically beneficial
Hides minor surface defects and blemishes in architectural concrete
Aesthetically superior
