Friday Dec. 6: *Early evening - Girl Scouts will be caroling throughout the village. The Cub Scouts will serve cocoa on the Common. *6 p.m. - Christmas Children’s Program sponsored by Harrison Youth Boosters at the Harrison Grange. *6:45 p.m. - Santa arrives with parade, Depot Street to Town Common; bring your flashlight. Light sticks available for children to carry in the parade. Saturday, Dec. 7: *7 to 10 a.m. - Pancake breakfast sponsored by Calvary Community Church. *8 a.m. to noon - Mini craft fair sponsored by the Ladies Circle of the Calvary Community Church. *10 to 11:30 a.m. “Holiday Fantasy” free in Community Center at the fire station. *10 a.m. throughout the day - Free horse drawn wagon rides through village and the brass band ensemble playing during the day. *10 a.m. to 2 p.m. - A roaring fire and cookie walk at Caswell Public Library. Children decorate a gingerbread man,10:30 a.m. to 12: 30 p.m.; Santa will talk with children at Santa’s Workshop, town hall. Picture taking session. *10 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Harrison Grange 16th annual craft fair. *10 a.m. to 3 p.m. - Christmas tree sale by Harrison Lions Club next to the grange hall. *11 a.m. to 1 p.m. - Children’s crafts at the Calvary Community Church. *7 p.m. - “Holiday Fantasy” in the Ballroom, second floor of the Block Building. *8:30 p.m. to midnight - Christmas dance, music by the Country Ridge Riders band at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Hall.
