DWECH is a Primary Health Care Service operated by the local Aboriginal community to deliver holistic, comprehensive and culturally appropriate health care to its Elders including Portland and surrounding community. DWECH is seeking a CEO to take on this exciting and challenging leadership role. The CEO will be responsible for the Health Service, ongoing service development, operational and financial performance and provide the interface between the Board of Directors, Staff, Community and Government Funding Agencies. DWECH is looking for an enthusiastic and capable person to work within a Primary Health Care Framework and philosophy of an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation. The CEO role provides executive leadership, total operational management and direction towards achievement of the Health Service Objectives and Strategic directions.
