Dan, In reference to the floor/floor to wall fire barrier on the above mentioned project, it has come to our attention that there has been questions regarding termination of the fire barrier where it reaches the non-rated exterior of the building. The fire barrier can extend only to the end of the rated substrates. In other words the fire barrier will typically terminate at the end of the rated slab construction.
