Mr. Pridemore, In reference to the above mentioned project it has come to our attention that the use of a fire barrier in a corner (perpendicular) configuration is of concern. It is the intent of the following UL listing #WW-D-1085, is to describe the wall assembly (see section 1) in regards to the required construction and not the required configuration. It is in our opinion that if the perpendicular wall is built to the required construction standard listed, the condition would be within compliance to the UL listing.
