Job Tracking

The job tracking feature enables you to monitor the status of individual jobs through all stages. The start and end time of a specific task is entered by reading a card, while the software takes care that the information is linked to a corresponding task scheme.

This gives your back office administrator maximum flexibility when assigning jobs and redeploying staff. Equally importantly, having a good overview of the time needed to complete a specific task enhances your organizational strategies.

Room Access

Online Room Status Monitoring Access Control

Today, security is an issue that cannot be ignored. However, in hospitality environments the hassles of identity checking and verification would ruin the relaxed hotel atmosphere, meaning that security checks have to be inconspicuous.

Intelligent room locks keep track of each access request to a room. By storing this information and being able to retrieve it if needed, you provide discreet security without discomfiting hotel guests or employees. And, the state-of-theart lock is a warrant not only of your guests safety but of ultimate privacy, a much appreciated luxury sought by modern travellers.

With each guest room incorporating a card reader/holder, you can achieve a superb insight into the status of every room in your hotel. Once the guest unlocks the door and places the card into the holder, the main switch turns on electrical devices and the room status on the reception desk screen changes to 'occupied'. If the room is accessed by a room maid or other authorized hotel staff, the status is appropriately displayed as 'service' or similar, since the card used by anyone within the complex also carries the information on the user type (guest, room service, maintenance etc).

A real time overview of the status of hotel rooms (Do Not Disturb, Make Up Room) means that your guests will not be disturbed unnecessarily and that room services will be completed faster and in a more efficient manner.

Space

Room access monitoring ties in perfectly with hotel-wide online access control. Time&Space includes powerful access control features that are not limited only to main entry points, but can also support lockers and access to other facilities within the hotel (e.g. a SPA & wellness centre, a swimming pool, conference halls, garage and the like). Users don't even need to swipe the badge through the reader installed at the access point the card transmitter is activated when the user approaches the reader and the card is read from a distance.

Guests who are not staying in the hotel but are just visiting (for example, participants at a conference), can be issued cards on arrival or in advance. Cards can be pre-programmed to restrict access to certain facilities only.
