Weekly Bulletin Issue 101. May 8th 2014
Don’t Diet – Change the Way you Eat!
What would you put in Room 101?
We get great feedback from this workshop. It really does show how simple, sustainable changes can make a huge difference to your fitness/ weight loss. It is also a small group environment so you get very personalised attention and follow up. Do yourself a big favour and book to join us on Saturday. It really is a sound investment in your wellbeing. Seeing it’s issue 101 of our weekly bulletin has set my mind on the binning of things that have no place in our happy lives! These are generally not the genuine nasty’s that life throws at us, but the trivial bits that some people love and others detest. It could be Eurovision this Saturday, The World Cup this Summer or .. well, you name it! In Spice we love and respect the fact that everyone is different. It allows us to put huge variety into the Spice programme. We know that Morris Dancing isn’t everyone’s idea of fun. Neither is Abseiling down a 400’ lift tower. Yet every event has its fans. We’re now busy booking all the events that we will be enjoying in the second half of the year and it is a lot of fun finding that mix that ensures that every member will find something that has “their name on it”. Before you consign it to that great “recycle bin in the sky”, we hope that Bulletin 101, will serve to remind you that variety really is the life of Spice!
Our Quackers Video If you still haven’t bought (sponsored) a duck for this Sunday’s duck race. Take note. Following complaints about nudity in the videos for previous duck races, the ducks have taken publicity into their own hands this year. See their video HERE Find details on the Charity Duck Race HERE
