Amazing Aerial Activities Our association with the daring team at Rogue Play in Digbeth has created some brilliant opportunities. Rogue Play are a Circus Theatre Company and keen to pass on the artistic skills you find from companies such as Cirque du Soleil. Their first two Spice Workshops are Static Trapeze and Aerial Silks. Not long now till our huge charity night at The Jam House – Has Spice Got Talent on May 22nd. We have 5 talented judges in place, including an actress, a comedienne, a singer- songwriter, a “Simon Cowell” and a real life David (Smith-) Walliams! We have 9 performers to entertain you and nearly 200 of you have already booked to watch. We can take up to 300 in the venue, and possibly 1 more performer if you’re very quick letting me know. Also, if you or your business would like to donate a raffle prize we would be very grateful and ensure you have publicity in the programme. This is one Spice night you don’t want to miss, and best of all, all the proceeds go to Edwards Trust who do remarkable work in bereavement counselling for young people who are coming to terms with the loss of a sibling. What’s the Dead Rat Ball? A question we have been asked a few times by newer members since it appeared back in our programme for 2014 after a break of some 6 years. Well, The Dead Rat Ball ("Bal Rat Mort") is actually Europe’s biggest and most outrageous fancy dress party and an ideal Belgian break for any serious party people to tick off their “bucket list”. Our break has some cultural highlights as well such as a “hangover hobble” in Brugge, but the main event is a party to end all parties! Don’t miss out Click HERE
