Over the past decade that has changed very little. Ripped is more than just about building huge muscles. Strength Comes After Pain When I go to the gym in the evenings women have packed the treadmills, cycles and bands. Very few women even glance at weights. Why? We been given an acceptable workout image for women. Weights=Pain and we don’t want any of it. Imagine us grunting at the weight pit with those guys. I love it! For me the men have to work even harder just too make sure a girl doesn’t out lift them. I haven’t yet but the time will come when I will be able to lift the mass. Don’t be afraid of weights. Picking up a 7.5lbs weight doesn’t do you much good there’s nothing wrong with it but in real life women pick up more than 7.5lbs hell most of our children weighed more than that at birth and beyond. So, imagine picking up your newborn if you can lift your child with no problems then we can push our muscles to lift at least 20lbs. As always check with your doctor before starting any workout plan.
