Calling all parents! Mark your calendars for a parenting night at Heart Matters! We will talk about tackling tough parenting issues in a messed up world. For parents of children birth through elementary age kids, join us March 2nd. For parents of those in Jr. High or High School, join us March 9th. Awana and SpiritYOUTH will begin at 5:30 pm at the church for children age 3-18. For those younger than three, nursery care will be available onsite at Heart Matters. Our session will begin at 5:45 pm, and end in time for you to pick up your children back at the church no later than 7:30 pm. A light dinner will be served. XAwana is supporting Hope Clinic by hosting a supply drive! Hope Clinic is an incredible organization in our community that provides health care to those in need. Kids in Awana are gathering individual toothbrushes and toothpaste to donate to their cause! Please bring all supplies to Awana on March 9th. If you do not have kids that attend Awana, but would still like to show your support, please bring your items to church on Sunday morning, March 9th.
SpiritYOUTH’s March Madness event is Sunday, March 9th! All students 6th12th grade are invited to join us for this basketball-themed night from 5:30-7:30PM. Along with worship, the Word, and community, there will be a basketball knockout contest, and the winner will receive Thunder tickets for them and a friend! We hope they can join us for this fun night!
In March, first Wednesday is Ash Wednesday. Join us at 7 pm for a time of reflection, prayer, and worship. Dinner will be served at 6 pm for a donation of any amount, and childcare is provided for birthage 5. Older children are invited to join us in the worship center as we prepare our hearts to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus! We hope to see you there!
