Welcome to the September 2011 issue of Spiritual Times. I must admit I thought the disclosure of ET’s would have been made by now! The channelled readings from the ET’s say there have been delays and things will not be rushed, much planning has gone into this event and certain things must be in place first.

Pending Global Mind Control Event Published in the Spiritual Times Magazine September 2011 I would like to bring to your attention the very real, and I will even go as far as saying, imminent, ‘Pending Global Mind Control Event’ If we look back over 9/11 realistically, it becomes obvious that this was a Global Mind Control Event! All we have to do is look back with hindsight and remember the bombardment from the media through every avenue possible, be it TV, radio, print media or internet, and also the Rhetoric that was used. The media onslaught that ensued, imprinting a particular point of view into our psyche, through the repetitious patterning of specific words and images, was truly astounding. So, now look back at 9/11 and beyond, to all the other main events that have transpired back through time, whether, It was terrorism, communism, and even further back to the Barbarians to the north for the Roman Empire, etc., there has always been a bogey man to try and get people to be afraid. That repetitive programme is implemented over and over again down through the millennia, but with a different flavour each time. If we all take a step back, look at 9/11 and say, “Ok that was a good one”, remembering that this occurred 10 years ago, and consider that another 10 years of evolution have now passed with technologies and mind control techniques far in advance of the public arena, well, what more needs to be said?
Think of our journey on this planet as a Human Race and our collective Human Psyche, as a huge ocean liner. You can’t just run up to the bow, give it a kick in the side and expect it to turn in an instant. So what ‘They’ are doing is implementing intense surges of energy into the mind matrix on a regular basis, say about every decade or so, because changing the direction of such a great vessel requires a colossal amount of energy. The technique that is used is to do it in increments over a long period of time. We as a race are currently, and have been intensely for the past 6000 years, steered in a particular direction by an Inter- Galactic Cabal who wants to take us down a certain path. As our Consciousness is expanding and rising exponentially we are occasionally drifting from their route and agenda, so a more intense energetic surge within the mind matrix is required to once again alter the direction of this huge vessel. We are now well overdue for another such event. What I find interesting are the continuous attempts by those endeavouring to create ‘The New World Order’, the lower ranks within this Cabal, to implement such an event, but who’s efforts are continually being thwarted by members and other factions much higher up in the ranks. What this says to me is that the next event that occurs will be a huge one. I want to tell people it is time to wake up and realise what is about to transpire, and to get ready for the next surge because it is going to be immense. 9/11 was impressive and did have a reasonable effect globally but this next one is going to make 9/11 look like an experiment in a petrie dish.

Because this current cycle is ending and ‘ We’ along with our Earth Mother are ‘Ascending’, this cabal will try and do everything in their power to plunge us deeper into a trance, because they desperately need to “harvest their human herd” before we are out of their reach. So whether it is going to be a financial collapse or nuclear detonation somewhere, or an attempt to start World War 111, or a fake alien invasion, Comet Elenin, or a brown dwarf star, Nibiru or a Religious Deity, let’s not get caught up in individual drama vortexes and rise above the planetary and lower cosmic drama. Try not to make your main point of focus on what the flavour of event is going to be but rather know that there is going to be an event. That way we can approach it with preparedness and detachment so when it does occur the media onslaught won’t have the impact on our minds and our psyche like before. So because it will be pouring out of every media orifice possible, one way to approach it is like two people that you know are having an argument, so you say to them, “You know what, this belongs to you, and I am NOT going to be a part of it. I love you unconditionally, so I am NOT going to get drawn into your drama vortex”. It is the same principle. You can also say within yourself “This time I will not allow the rhetoric, the barrage and onslaught on my mind to affect me like before!”

So, this article is not about being negative and me being a doomsayer, no, not at all. This is about self -empowerment! My warning is that we should all be prepared for the next global event whether it is one of the fore mentioned possibilities, or some, or maybe even all. The challenge for us will be to stay centred and true to one’s own sovereignty, because all the other options that will be on offer, are specifically designed for you to give your power away to them, one way or another. I honestly feel if we responsibly start talking about it now, this time we won’t be caught out . This time let us not be taken by surprise. This is about awareness. Fore warned is fore armed! Biography George has always seen the world through different eyes as compared to those around him. From a very young age, he was aware that the universe was full of life, and could see and feel life around him more deeply than other people. This included the teachings of the so called, education system, religious doctrines and society in general which portray a vastly different and limited perspective. The journey began for George as far back as his memories of this current life allow, to around the age of five. He has memories of being taken from his bed at night onto ships, and being taken to other places on the planet and to other worlds. His interactions with other Beings on many different levels of realities have been occurring throughout his life. These experiences were with both benevolent Beings, of which George calls his “Greater Family�, and malevolent others who have the ability to appear in any guises.
George used sport and music as a coping mechanism to stay grounded and also to expel pent up energies of frustration of feeling isolated because those around him could not relate to his experiences, and it was taboo to share them. He also suffered trauma as a result of contact with more malevolent Beings. So in his teenage years, George threw himself into sport and became an accomplished swimmer, representing his school at regional competitions. He also played soccer, cricket and excelled at squash. Over time, music remained but sport fell away. Camping emerged as George’s next major interest. He would put his dog and tent in the car and take off to be with nature, at any given opportunity. The call of nature was growing stronger and many experiences began with the elemental kingdom, as did his relationship with Mother Earth. George does not have any major academic achievements to speak of, a blessing in disguise as far as he is concerned, though he did study electronics engineering as part of his training as a hardware engineer for the computer company he was working for at the time. Instead what George has to draw on is a vast amount of wisdom, gained through a lifetime of extraordinary experiences. In 1998, George was diagnosed with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. He now faced poor health, no income, and divorce. He considers this period of this life, the dark night of his soul. It was during this time that he hit rock bottom after many years of experiencing abductions by malevolent beings, ill health, depression and being bedridden for days on end. George began a long and slow recovery. Many days were spent sitting in contemplation of his experiences and the lessons learned. As he began to reach a place of clarity within himself, his life path became apparent. The day was approaching when George knew he would be sharing his experiences and the wisdom he had gained with the wider
community. In 2003, George was to have an experience that changed everything. His galactic family visited and picked him up and took him to a large ship situated closer to the Sirius Star System. They facilitated an experience which saw George take a journey with his conscious spirit through the dimensions of our Universe and he rediscovered what life in this Universe is all about. He was able to once again know who we all are, where we come from and where we are headed. Even though George was exploited from a very young age by malevolent beings, after returning from this experience, he was targeted by a group calling themselves the Galactic Federation of Light (GFL). They intentionally took that experience away by screening his recall and twisting his memories. The reason for this was so that they could assimilate George into their structure and paradigm with the intention of using him to promote their propaganda. As a result, in July of 2004, George held a series of talks which was filmed and released to the public with George claiming to be a representative of the GFL. It took him several years of realisations and soul searching to re-connect to his true essence and memories of the actual experience which took place. The most difficult and challenging aspect for him was overcoming the internal divide that the GFL created not only between the heart and the head but also between the lower self and higher self. After achieving even more clarity, he felt that it was absolutely necessary to speak out, as humiliating as it was, and go public to admit that he had been manipulated. This saga with the GFL has served George in a very positive way. Not only did it cause him to dig deeper into himself and improve his powers of discernment but he also knew that in sharing his experiences it would greatly empower others. It would also lay the foundation for the next chapter in George’s life. It
solidified his knowing and understanding that he is here, along with others, to expose the deception and lies being imposed upon humanity from behind the scenes, and to empower people from within, to allow them to make better decisions during this great time of the Great Change. George knew that life was going to change on the planet in the very near future and that he was going to play a role in that change. This feeling and knowing came from beyond his mind – it was centered right in the core of his Being. Past experience had given George the ability to understand the obligation and responsibility he felt toward humanity. Also, when he was in the presence of his greater family, the “Great Change� and the transformation of Mother Earth was what they were discussing and preparing for. He also knew that he would not be taking this journey alone, and that someone special, a feminine aspect of self, would take his side. In June 2009, George crossed paths with his Beloved and so began the re-integration of his masculine and feminine aspects. With this foundation in place, it is now time for George to move forward into the public domain and share his experiences, knowledge and wisdom with his global Human Family.

I call it the vastness. It began after a week long solo meditation retreat in the gloriously photogenic mountain town of Crestone, Colorado. The day I left was lovely, so I decided to take the scenic route down to the Denver airport. The mountain roads curved lazily through wide valleys and beneath glacier capped mountains. I put the convertible’s top down to watch the glinting peaks slip by. Perhaps an hour into the drive, the scene began to feel kind of odd. I rumbled to a stop. I looked around at the piney hillsides. I looked over to the ranch house and fields. It was all quite lovely, but nothing unusual. Then I found myself feeling the scene with something like peripheral vision. Yeah, this was what was different! There was something—something I could feel more than see—around the ranch house and mountains. Some sort of cloud was here, all around me and through the valley. It surrounded the split rail fence by the road. It rested between the longhorns grazing on the field and it wafted up the sides of the mountains. Some sort of new openness was here. I could almost touch it, twirl it between my fingers, and sense it wherever I turned. It was even burbling in the stream alongside the road. At some point I realized that not only was it around the mountains and grasses, this whatever-it-was ran right through the cattle… It was inside the mountains … through the whitewashed barn. This hush, velvety and quiet, penetrated everything I could see.
And finally, with a start, I realized that it ran right through me as well. “Oh, of course,” I laughed to the windshield, “if it’s everywhere, it’s got to be in me too!” The cattle, the fence posts, and the blue of the sky were all the same stuff as me! The medieval Christian image of a “cloud of unknowing” popped into mind: The higher part of contemplation… consists entirely in this cloud of unknowing, with a loving impulse and a dark gazing into the simple being of God himself alone. i It did seem like this cloud I was gazing into was indeed the “simple being of God himself!” Everywhere I looked I could feel this simple expanse with my chest, belly and legs more than I could see it. But I couldn’t possibly have missed it! An expression of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s came to mind too: “seeing everything in terms of the self.” The mountains, ranch house and road were all the same "stuff" as myself. How perfect, I thought! Many spiritual adepts describe a witnessing: an inner unmingling of consciousness from our thoughts and sensations. But that was inside, this was decidedly outside. What I was sensing was yards and miles away, in me but also very much out there, in the world. I got out of the car, leaned on a fence rail and felt into the scene for about half an hour. Cloud through the grasses. Cloud beyond the clear sky. Cloud beneath the valley floor. When I drove on, I felt strangely settled. Even at 75 miles an hour, I felt like I was it was like watching a dot move on a great map, as if the wind and movement and speed were infinitesimal in this great settled spaciousness. I pulled into a log cabin restaurant. The mystical is, after all, no substitute for breakfast! Crunching across the parking lot that sense of connection stayed with me, right within the smells of knotty pine and maple syrup and bacon. Anne, thirty-something, with big auburn hair and far too much make-up, came to my table, order pad in hand. I looked into her tired, sad eyes. There it was, the same “stuff” wafting through her. I felt amazingly tender towards her, as if I could feel her fatigue and her sadness inside my own chest. She wasn’t at all my type, but I swear I could have reached my hand straight into her soul. I had never felt so connected with another human being in my life.
I stared at her, or rather us, no doubt a little too long. She probably thought I was a masher, and a lousy one at that. But I was utterly in love: with her, with the cloud, with the moment. And the pancakes weren’t half bad! I drove down the rest of the way to Denver, the spacious connection remaining beneath me, and dropped my car off at the rental lot. It flowed up to the airport’s circus-tent ceiling, below the baggage belt. It spread out down the concourse and billowed under running feet and wheeled suitcases. It was there, inside the airplane wings and through the concrete runway. It even stretched over to the Rockies I could see in the distance. Evelyn Underhill, grandmother of all mysticism studies, calls this sort of experience the “prayer of union.” In it, she writes, The self, though intact, is wholly penetrated – as a sponge by the sea – by the ocean of Life and Love to which he has attained: “I live, yet not I but God in me.” ii Thou art in me and I in Thee, glued together as one and the self same thing. iii Meister Eckhart describes this as being indivisibly connected with the “ground of the Godhead.” This ground is an impenetrable stillness, motionless in itself, and by the immobility all things are moved, and all those receive life that live of themselves... iv In Maharishi’s frame I was experiencing a few hours of “unity consciousness,” in which the seer and the seen are together in perfect oneness, in the oneness of absolute unity. Then he and (the infinite silence) are one in himself. Then … [he sees everything] in terms of himself. v Later that afternoon, waiting for my airplane to board, I began to feel like I was trying to hold onto this sense of a vast cloud. That was, no doubt, a sure sign it was fading. With so little protective armor against all those people in the Denver airport, I found myself getting ever so slightly afraid. It drifted away like a fragrance. But it was to come back and become part of my everyday life.
And what I’ve learned from this shift is that the spiritual life, for all our confusions and our foolish intimations of superiority, the life we’ve chosen of ongoing self examination and of finding the infinite vastness in the everyday, is actually different. Had I stayed a businessman or become a musician, for example, I would have grown personally a good bit, no doubt. But I would probably never have known quite why I was still so unhappy or what, fundamentally, to do about it. I might have gone to a psychotherapist or found my way to a spiritual workshop led by someone like me, and I would no doubt have made slow, incremental progress. But the inner work of becoming truly free at every level would have always remained an interesting but dubious sideline to my “real” work: the paper or music or teaching business. Yes, people grow up in every lifestyle. But a serious and lifelong spiritual commitment brings an unexpected overplus, I think. Unlike the paper business or the pilot’s life, the whole point of the spiritual path is to self-reflect and to let go of everything, anything, to which we cling. “Let go of where you entrap yourself,” it whispers. “Good. Now let go even more. … Now do it again.” The spiritual life may be the only life which is explicitly about facing and then relinquishing every illusion that has enchained us. Including itself. Unlike the search for money, fashion or power, there is a spiralling of self-transcendences here that has no end. You answer with your life. You respond more haltingly than you might like, and as best you can. But its calling—to live in ever deeper alignment with truly effortless freedom—never ends. And you cannot not answer. If it is successful, as many are to some extent, it can lead to a life that includes an effortless transcendence. There is a lightness of spirit to such a life that we could not otherwise imagine. But the spiritual path is not really about healing anxiety or ending unhappiness. Nor is it about ending rebirth, as many Hindus believe, though it may accomplish that as well for all I know. No, what the silent vastness really brings to a life is a whole other real, a new metaphysical domain in which we come to live. Silence, Brahman, the Tao, Christ Consciousness—these words are pointing to a different kind of reality than everything else that we might feel or own or think or hope. Whatever else it might bring, the sacred infuses life with that which is deeply, profoundly Other.
Everything we know to hope for is within the worldly. Ending depression, owning a Mercedes, gaining bodily health—these aspirations are all within the world. The fame or political power or brilliance or wealth I have sometimes longed for are all within it. But they are all utterly different in quality and nature than the silent vastness itself. To encounter silence is to encounter a mystery. It is to be handed a secret you did not know you did not know, to find yourself in a story you could not have known how to write. There’s buoyancy to life in knowing the secret, a lightness beneath your breath. To know it means that everything you knew, all of this world and this body, stops being the only world there is. You come to carry an unbidden translucence. And it is not unconnected with how we are in the world.

Life is beset with good and bad, health and disease. No living being is free from health problem at one time or other. Medical science can diagnose the disease only when it occurs. It is only astrology and palmistry that can warn about a pending disease. The life of a person is governed by the planetary influences which can be read from the horoscope of a person. The main function of medical astrology is to provide an indication as to whether the planetary influences at the time of an illness are likely to be advantageous or disadvantageous to the sufferer. A medical Astrologer may consider the following factors while studying a chart with respect to disease; 1. 2. 3. 4.
Likely timing (onset) of the particular disease, Likely diagnosis (nature) of the disease, Probable eventual outcome of the disease and Additional means that might be employed by a physician to counteract the disease and thus facilitate the restoration of the patient's health. The effect of planets on each sign, house and on each other plays an important role on the health in general and on particular organs. This effect will be felt during particular Dasha, Antardasha of concerned planets in the life of a person. Some chronic or permanent disabilities occur in accordance with the placement of malefic planets in adverse positions. Occasional physical disabilities and disturbances occur due to the astrological factors in time. The signs, the planets and the houses considered from moon sign have their own significance pertaining to certain organs. To study the health aspect the significance of signs, houses and the planets should be super imposed and synchronized in an effective way.
Medical Palmistry: To become adept at practice of modern Medical Palmistry, you must have more than intuition or power of suggestion; you must have knowledge, reasoning and wisdom. If you have these qualities, you can help your friends, as well as yourself, to maintain better health. While observing the lines, observe them in both the hands. If the following indications are found in both the hands, then the given conclusions can be confirmed. If these indications appear in only one hand, then we can say that the person is prone to that disease. Remember that other factors are also to be considered besides given below to reach at a final conclusion.
Diseases Through Hand: Abortion: A cross above the Marriage line shows natural abortion. Other indicators aredefective line of Venus, Weak or defective Head line, First Bracelet upwards to mount of Moon, A star on the lines of Mercury and Head. Accident: A line of influence from the mount of Venus or Life line to the mount of Saturn leads accident from Vehicle. It will be very serious, if there is a cross on the Head line under the mounts of Saturn or Sun. Acidity: Smooth and knotty fingers, Wavy Head line ending on mount of Moon, Chained or weakened half Head line, Prominent confusing lines on mount of Moon, Depressed mount of Mars, Health line cutting Life line are the indicators of Acidity problem. Alcoholism(Drunkenness): A line or branch from the mount of Venus or the Life line or Mars line terminating in a star on the mount of Moon, an upward line from the third angle of the triangle ending about the center mount of the Moon are the main indicators. Others are-Mars line dividing into two lines, red spot on the Head line under mount of Saturn, changes in the Nails and Skin(rough, dry or red), little finger much little and under developed, short Thumb, line from the Life line ending in mount of Moon, broken Girdle of Venus. Anaemia: A very pale palm, short and pale nails, lower part of the mount of Moon exaggerates or much lined are main indicators. Apoplexy: Very red skin, plain of Mars hollow toward Head line, Health line very uneven and red where it crosses Heart line, exaggerate or much lined mount of Jupiter, a grill and a star on the mount of Moon, long red scar on the Heart line are the indicators. Assassination: A cross or star on the upper mount of Mars, also a large cross in the centre of the triangle, a line from the quadrangle under the mount of Saturn cutting deep into a girdle of Venus are the indicators.
Asthma: The space between the Head line and Heart line is narrow under the middle finger and one or two lines starting from the mount of Venus move towards the Head line indicate Asthma. Poorly traced Health line with narrow quadrangle due to Heart line curving down to Head line, no clarity in the beginning of Heart line, a dot on the Head line under the mount of Saturn, Whirl between mounts of Saturn and Sun, a black spot inside the quadrangle are other indicators. Biliousness: Yellow hued palm, cold, exaggerate or much lined mount of Mercury, wavy Health line are the indicators. Blindness: Of one eye-one circle on Life line: Of both eyes-two circles on the Life line. A cross on the upper part of the Health line and a circle on the Heart line, Same cross with a break of the lines of Head or Heart under the mount of Sun, a star in the triangle close to the Health line are the indicators. Blood Circulation: Numerous white spots on the nails, Heart line broken under mount of Saturn are the main indicators. Blood Poisoning: Black or bluish spots on the nails are the indicators. Blood Pressure(High): Red skin, Red nails, Red lines, Exaggerate mounts of Mars and Jupiter, apex of Jupiter towards mount of Saturn, line of Mars deeply marked are the indicators. Blood Pressure (Low): Yellow or white Hand, an island on Heart line, red spots on the hand, many lines on Saturn are the indicators. Blood Troubles: Exaggerate or much lined upper mount of Mars, deep and cross bars cutting Head line, dots on Head line, various spots on nails, Heart line break below mount of Saturn, broad and shallow Heart line, prominent Jupiter, Saturn mount having many lines are the indicators. Brain Fever: Deep Health line entirely absent in the quadrangle, same line ending at Head line with many bars cutting Life line, Mercury line ending on head line and many lines cutting Life line, Head lines quite close to Life line are the indicators. Brain Trouble: Plain of Mars hollow toward Head line, an influence line from the mount of Venus cutting head line, small and underdeveloped Thumb, pale and wide Head line with black spots on it and Life line forked at the start, a star on the Head line at the end of a line of influence, Head line wavy and inclining towards a wavy Health line, a break of the Head line, Head line starred or crossed by a deep bar or badly broken or much starred mount of Moon are the indicators. Bronchitis: Exaggerate of much lined upper mount of Mars, cross lines especially if deep or forked from the Percussion into the upper mount of Mars are the indicators. Cancer: A drooping and forked Head line, upon this line just before the fork begins a star at the end of the lower point of the fork, all major lines are islanded and minor lines
crossing these lines, Wavery line from Life line to Health line, a break in Health line and a square on that line are the indicators. Palm ridge pattern breaks into parts. Malformation of ridges below the ring finger under the Heart and Head lines represent Cancer virus has set into the body. In the next stage, the entire hand is filled with cob web formation of thin and zigzag lines. Children Illness/Death: Bars, dots, stars or islands spoiling the line of children are the indicators. Deafness/Ear Trouble: Dots and often island on Head line under the mount of Saturn with a rather bulging mount of Venus, an exaggerate or much rayed mount of Saturn are the indicators. Death by Apoplexy: Two parallel lines from Heart line low down into mount of Moon are the indicators. Death, Early: A short Life line in both hands, the Head lines and Heart lines stopping short before reaching the Fate line, the Head line coming up wavy to the Heart line under the mount of Mercury are the indicators. Death on Battle field: A star on the mount of Mars, a line from the upper mount of Mars to the mount of Saturn are the indicators. Death, Suddenly: Life line ending in a deep spot or bar, Life line terminating abruptly with a few short parallel lines, Head and Heart lines joined at the start in both hands, one short downward line on the joints of all the fingers, a cross on the middle of the Head line, Violent death often marked by a Grille on the upper mount of Mars are the indicators. Diabetes: Jupiter and Saturn mounts badly affected, Very red palm, Many confused and crossed lines at the bottom of the mount of Moon, a cross at the same place on the same mount are the indicators. LIQUID CONSCIOUSNESS
Imagine if you will, a sea of thought-form-bubbles merging together as a veritable ocean of over 6.8 billion spheres of awareness. This undulating sea of potentiality is the total summation of all human endeavor each seeking to merge with itself as it responds to the tidal shifts of seasonal changes and turmoil from storm surges created by high and low pressure centers. Only a mere 7% are selfaware to whatever degree, but an amount that is sufficient to drive the mass by the mere veracity of directed intention of these few. History has defined the moral aptitude of such driving forces in our societies. Individual quality of life has become a measure of the value of a human existence as relative to the amount of distressful labor that was endured by vast numbers as part of the creation of that singular lifestyle. They have shown us that this can also be a human attribute, as it once was in a time before time, when humans and cetaceans had a simpatico rapport, and our own refined physical bodies were operating at fuller capacity -- not the puny 8-10% we struggle to maintain in our present day. I would like to introduce you to Ilie Cioara, a rare flower of humanity, a hidden treasure, a realized enlightened being, translated for the first time into English. The Silence of the Mind Experiencing the Mystery of the Present Moment How could this small shell, which is the human mind, embrace and comprehend the immensity of the ocean of Cosmic Energy? Nevertheless, this audacious “ego” persistently affirms that he knows what God is, what is creative Love, immortality etc. More so, it states and even offers solutions to tackling and solving the great problems that challenge humankind. Yet this “ego” is not aware of one thing: that its own presence creates the whole tragedy and suffering on the entire surface of the Earth. It is the human being’s main and only enemy. Its fictitious, chaotic and misleading movement generates and maintains the human misery and suffering. But when a ray of light, emanated by Pure Consciousness, pierces the limited shell of the mind and exposes its whole fiction, this mind becomes humble and silent. In the whole Universe, there is nothing static, dead or frozen. Everything, but absolutely everything, is in eternal movement. Even within the so-called still nature reigns the same intrinsic law of movement. Movement and newness, in perfect interconnectedness, affirm themselves as uniqueness. In this context, the moment represents the hand of the clock, used by Infinity in order to record the movement of Eternity. It is always new, as well as creative and transformative, in an ascending manner, progressively. In order to be able to encounter the newness of the aliveness in its movement, we must come out and greet it the same way. Thus, we don’t return to the past, to what happened, nor do we project ourselves into the future, in pursuit of an imaginary purpose or ideal to fulfill. With a completely empty mind, we simply watch life as it unfolds. Nothing comes between us and the movement of life, in the form of images, opinions etc. Such a simple and direct meeting with the moment transcends us spontaneously from the finite world into Infinity. And just as quickly, like lightning, we detach, in order to be free again, and therefore completely available to encountering the next moment. Nothing is anticipated and nothing is accumulated from the lived moment.
The purity, innocence of the mind is our constant companion, as each moment becomes an opportunity of creative “being”. Through this way of “being” – as pure Consciousness – we ourselves create a new world in which Love, beauty, compassion and kindness become a reality positively influencing the whole of humankind. The individual mind, no matter how cultured, has no access to the phenomenon of creation and cannot understand it, because the mind is always old and outdated. Each movement of this particular mind separates and limits. Thus, with such a mind, we will never, in any circumstances, be able to discover the mysteries of the movement of creation. Therefore, this ordinary mind must be silent! But how can we make it become silent? Only in one way: when we encounter it simply and directly, with the flame of Attention, without having any motives or ideals to accomplish. If the meeting happens in the right way, the mind becomes quiet - it becomes completely silent - and in that moment our whole being is detached from the known. From then on, the vessel of consciousness, thus emptied, is able to encompass and understand the newness brought forth by the movement of life. Therefore, a new mind, without limits and without knowledge; in its stillness, it is creative and through it, the person is always new and active. Such a mind, in a state of Pure Consciousness, creates radical changes in the structure of the ordinary man by its simple presence. How can we free ourselves from the past and the future? It is all very simple! With a lucid, all-encompassing Attention, we will watch every reaction of the mind, without pursuing any purpose or goal. Everything we encounter in such a manner disappears; in the void which appears spontaneously, an unlimited energy is available at our fingertips and we are able to understand the absolute Reality through a direct experience. In this state, we acquire a great sensitivity and everything that life brings forth in its natural flow is being regarded and appreciated with love and kindness. Man is truly wise only when, detached from his selfish “self”, is united with Infinity through non-action and an aware passiveness of the mind.

The Genie
Our minds are the source of our imagination and ambition. A Genie is used as a metaphor for the ability our minds have to create the life of our choosing. Yet accessing this Genie is not quite that simple. Although we like to think of ourselves as being the highest evolved of the animal kingdom, wired into our being are primitive mechanisms. Life, peer pressure, enculturation, and planned manipulations of these mechanisms all influence our inner Genie. As a result, our lives can appear to be out of our control. How did the manipulation even begin?
2. Are We Being Manipulated? Manipulation is simply a fact of life. However, certain groups of people have taken this manipulation to a very sophisticated level. An entire area of research, started by Edward Bernays, has been dedicated to understanding the primitive mechanisms of our minds for the sole purpose of exploiting it. What are the compliance principles and defense mechanisms wired into our being that make us so vulnerable to being manipulated?
3. Compliance Principles and Defense Mechanisms Compliance principles can influence decisions. These principles activate automatic processes that incline a person toward compliance. Compliance professionals use these principles to gain their ends, sell merchandise, or evangelize converts.
Defense mechanism can inhibit or prevent the recognition of information. The operation of these defense mechanisms explains why so-called subliminal print advertising can present blatant sexual material and go undetected. Awareness helps defend against these principles and mechanisms.
4. Marketing Techniques For years, many people have discounted the use of sexual subliminals in advertising, putting them all down to the dirty mind of some viewers. Yet the evidence from the advertising moguls laid out in front of us fully refutes that argument. There can no longer be any question about quite how far some people will go to manipulate our thoughts and desires. While using subliminal embeds in advertising is considered unacceptable to most people, the new form of adverting using product placement is not much better. Truth may not make for exciting television but it would assist us all in making choices based on rational input. This chapter is all about the use or misuse of psychological persuasion techniques to sell goods. Understand that in selling goods, ideas and beliefs are also communicated. Repetition of these ideas leads to reinforcing them until they are incorporated in various ways at differing levels of consciousness. In time, as a result of repeated exposures to these themes, beliefs emerge within a culture. Sometimes they find their way into entertainment and then become a conscious part of our modeling procedures. We not only begin to take on these ideas, such as the “GOODness” of a cigarette, but we incorporate such themes as the now popular notion that it’s okay to get even (“I don’t get even, I get evener”). These notions, or constructs, are not who we are nor are they true to our highest potential. In short, in very many ways we have become the product of the merchandising we have consumed. Although much of the more graphic content has been omitted, it is clear that even with the so-called smoking gun and the interpretation of the few pictures that have been included, the real gravity and extent of the education behind the efforts to manipulate all of us has been grossly unrecognized.
5. Everyday Brainwashing Certain learned and self-imposed tendencies have short-circuited our true thinking. Human beings have been socialized to such a degree that our thinking has become limited. Many so-called choices are between alternatives that have been scripted during our maturation. As such, we choose to do A instead of B or C but never consider that there is an entire alphabet of possibilities. We are blinded by our labels, definitions, thinking patterns, and so forth. It is as if we live in thought boxes that limit our alternatives.
6. Forced Brainwashing: Interrogation and Thought Control We have now traveled to the end of the spectrum in exploring the lengths to which some people will go to learn how to manipulate us. Persuasion, manipulation, and brainwashing are all a reality, whether by our loved ones, salesmen, or the government itself. The purpose of this chapter is to inform and further our insights into the art of persuasion. Knowledge is power. Information is critical to managing one’s choices, and our choices are exactly what it appears so many would like to manage for us.
Part Two Transitioning: Journeying into the Brighter Side of Persuasion 7. Subliminal Communication Controversy continues over subliminal communication. Clearly, motives are attached to nearly all of the various positions, if no more than to defend one’s research. The subject of subliminal stimuli is not always well defined nor is it linear, which would lend itself to a direct in-and-out examination. No, more like consciousness itself, the subject is dynamic—a process, a continual process, that sometimes lends itself to direct inspection and sometimes acts in a delayed manner. Nevertheless, it should be clear that it is real.Subliminal commands are not the fodder of nonsense, magic, new age crystals, or the like.
8. Legal Status of Subliminal Communication Concerns regarding the misuse of subliminal communication have varied since 1953. Concerned individuals have pushed for stringent controls. Many bills have been proposed. None have been passed. Despite the efforts of many people over five decades, no laws exist to control subliminal communication. Not until 1990 did there exist a proposed precedent to protect subliminal communication as free speech under the First Amendment. This Catch-22 interpretation of our eighteenth-century document seems to have been defeated. It could still cause obstacles to future regulation. Many problems are inherent in regulating subliminal communication. Enforcing such regulations could prove both cumbersome and expensive. Attempts at regulation have generally failed.
9. The MIP Paradigm and Reverse Speech Mirrored information processing (MIP) is a model for information processing in the human brain. It has contributed to understanding more fully how we process, learn, remember, and create information. Its predictions about how we respond to language have passed extensive testing. Possibly, some alternative model will better explain these results. Meanwhile and regardless of what may be learned in the future, the simultaneous delivery of reverse speech and forward speech for presenting subliminal information has proven itself effective for many goals in personal development. Reasonable expectations should accompany the use of persuasion tools for selfimprovement. Understanding how a technology works can facilitate judging your progress as you employ that technology. Remember, change does not come instantly.
10. Undetectable Information Some people have taken the concept of subliminal communication beyond its usual boundaries. My research has indicated that at least some kinds of silent subliminals that you may find in self-help technologies do not work. However, testing scalar delivery of subliminal messages did indicate there may be some efficacy. This method of delivery appears to be something that governments have looked into.
In the next section we begin to look at more positive side to methods of persuasion. Because this chapter concludes Book One, it is worth noting that it appears, as with the surgeon’s scalpel, there are many possible abuses for all of the persuasion technologies including but not limited to subliminal, hypnosis, drugs and NLP. Because the main thrust of Book One has been the dark side and has largely dealt with persuasion methods that are used against you, Book Two will dedicate more time to alternative persuasion methods that can be used to train your own mind in the way you wish it to be trained
Book Two: Harnessing the Power Of The Mind Part 1 The Mind as Healer: Programming for Success, Health and Spirituality 11. Self-Discovery What does it mean to be human? Does this condition of humanness deserves to be treated better than the way in which certain merchandisers and covert agencies have done, and for that matter, may continue to do? The vast majority of people believe that within them lies some untapped potential, and I believe that reaching for our highest individual best is the only way we will ever find ourselves.
12. Forgiveness and the Happy Heart Thoughts, conscious and unconscious, can and do affect the body in direct ways. In previous chapters we have seen how easy it is for someone else to plant thoughts in our minds that are not originally from within. With this information, it should be even clearer why protecting ourselves from unwanted thoughts is of the utmost importance. One of the first steps in taking back control of our own minds is learning both to forgive and to release. Examples were given as to what can happen when this is not done.
13. Belief and Intention Belief and intention have been shown not only to affect the kind of life we live but also to have an effect on everybody else as well. Everyone has heard of the power of positive thinking, but we now see that it goes a lot further than that. Whatever the mind can conceive in sufficient detail, it can create. Thoughts are things, and mind is a causal factor!
14. Altered States of Consciousness There are four brain states of consciousness: beta, alpha, theta, and delta. Most people understand that technologies, such as hypnosis, gain their effects because they induce an altered brain state (from beta to alpha) and that in this state, the subject is more suggestible. We have seen that an alpha consciousness state happens frequently, especially while watching television. Thus there is much information entering our minds with the additional power gained when our defenses are down. Paying attention to this phenomenon and taking appropriate action will allow us more control over who programs our minds.
Part 2 Implementing the Healing: Tools for Empowerment 15. Change and the Tools to Make It Many different techniques can be used to program your own mind and to undo the programming that has been done by others. The techniques range from visualization to automatic writing, and most of these do not require any special equipment. A number of exercises are given that will assist you in accessing your own mind power. A number of technological means are also suggested. The key is to work with the different techniques, find out which methods you prefer, and then work with them regularly.
16. Guarding Against Overstimulation It is very easy to consider the changes occurring in society to be just a sign of the times. However, if you pay attention to what is going on, you still have the ability to choose whether these changes are beneficial to yourself or not. By being constantly aware of the bombardment of stimulation we are all subjected to, it is possible to find ways to reduce it and therefore return to habits that are much healthier for ourselves, our families and our relationships.
17. The 50-Day Plan It is easy to get caught up in our lives, get upset over numerous events, and basically forget who we are. The 50-day plan is a marvelous exercise to get you to focus on those things that really are important to you. For most people, what they learn from this process will be life changing.
18. The Seven Fundamentals Many individuals have told me how deeply the Seven Fundamentals have affected them. Use this philosophy to guide you in all your interactions, and you will find your life much brighter and fully empowered to become the person you were meant to be.

WHAT I BELIEVE ABOUT SUFFERING. There is an old saying that has come down to us through the ages and that is that "Suffering is good for the soul." This is exactly the teaching of the next world. We are placed on this earth so that our souls will grow. This is of small comfort to those who are suffering be it physical pain or mental anguish and it should be remembered also that it is not only bad people who suffer but good people also. Believers in God do not live idyllic lives but suffer as much as everyone else. Remember the verse in the Bible. "Though He slay me yet will I trust in Him" [Job 13:15] and just think about what poor Job had to go through! Nobody goes through an earthly life free from pain and suffering and the suffering is not always visible to the onlooker. Nobody wears their heart on their sleeve. Catherine Cookson, the famous novelist once spoke of the "courage behind the mask" and I thought what a very true saying that was because we all wear a mask in our daily life. How do any of us know what another person is feeling. One of the greatest failings of human beings is the inability to put themselves in another person's position. The outgoing confident person cannot understand the painfully shy one. The person who is the life and soul of the party cannot understand the awkward mixer who prefers to stay away. The overconscientious worker cannot switch off after leaving work as a more relaxed colleague can. Clever people are often impatient with those who are slow to learn and a physically fit person cannot understand the one who tires easily. Truly sympathetic people are those who have gone through such experiences themselves One of my favourite verses from the Bible (the Apocrapha) is "For gold is tried in the fire, and acceptable men in the furnace of humiliation" [Ecclesiasticus 2:2] or as Seneca phrased it "Fire is the test of God : adversity of strong men." Our spirit guides tell us that one day we will look back over the road of our life and realize that the things we experienced that were unpleasant at the time made us stronger. I do not understand why people are born with terrible handicaps but I do believe that there is a purpose behind everything. I find it a comfort to know that in the next world there are wonderful compensations for those who have suffered disabilities while on earth. Every communication received from the next world speaks of freedom from former pain and suffering, whole bodies, restored vision and hearing.
In short complete physical fitness. I also find it a comfort to know that each life on earth is but a second in eternity. We must remember also that what happens to the body does not also happen to the spirit. The spirit is not crippled or handicapped in any way and because you enjoy a healthy body does not mean that your spirit is better than one whose body is diseased. In fact the one who has learned the lessons of pain and suffering while on earth will be the richer in spirit. Down through the ages physical sickness was often said to be God's punishment for sins committed. I do not believe for one minute that God deliberately sends sickness to people but I do believe that it is possible to bring illness upon yourself by the lifestyle that you lead. What about drugs? What about alcohol abuse? We all know that smoking can kill by causing cancer, that obesity is responsible for a whole range of illnesses and that an immoral lifestyle can cause sexually transmitted diseases. We are told that cleanliness is next to Godliness and here again if we neglect personal hygiene we will bring diseases upon ourselves. There is no way that you can blame God for something that is self-inflicted. We must all learn to take responsibility for our own actions. I believe that for every illness on this earth there is a cure just waiting to be discovered. However I do not believe that such cures will be discovered by practising cruelties on innocent animals in medical laboratories. God will never allow good to come out of cruelty to His creatures. I also believe that many illness are caused by disharmony in the human body. The word "Disease" after all just means exactly that “Dis-ease." We all know that worry can bring on ulcers, living under constant stress and tension can cause high blood pressure. Nearly all diseases arise from states of mental disharmony. We need to live rightly and to think rightly. We need to restore serenity of mind. If we own a piece of equipment and it develops a fault then we take it back to the manufacturer. Well we need to take ourselves back to the one who created us, the One who gave us our life in the first place, the One who knows all about us and who is the greatest healer of them all.“
Channelling is becoming fashionable in the run up to 2012, with spiritinspired messages from angels, ascended masters and wisdom keepers from the spirit realms. In today’s world, intelligent people seek an experience where they can learn something of benefit to themselves and others, where they can share with others and where they can make a difference! One way to do this is to speak to Spirit and listen for advice and guidance. We are not alone. HEALTH SECRETS OF THE PALMIST Just as the reflexology pointers in the foot can be important health markers, so traditional palmistry can give important early health warnings. Amongst the most visible signals in the hand are these easy to remember pointers. * palm colour, seen most in young women and again in their fifties is iron anaemia, check to bend back fingers and see if the lines go a very pale pink or white, further check by pulling down the eyelid, the paler the pink, the more entrenched the condition.. A quick look at the tongue for iron anaemia, will further ensure if smooth and pale. This is a better check than from your doctor, which is not sensitive, and will vary according to your menstrual cycle. * Again on bending back the fingers a brownish colour in the palm centre, which may also attend the fingernails, would point to elimination difficulties, e. g. Constipation if seen with a long tubular fingernail, the cause can be from spinal difficulty, often a sign from giving a difficult childbirth, and often accompanied by longitudinal lines down the nail. * Palm colour yellow or even a deep red can be liver problem, check for nail abnormalities, and what palmists call a “ full hand” meaning a lot of central crease lines, which is one pointer to gastrointestinal anomalies such as celiac disease, Candida overgrowth etc, this palmer pattern is also one of the “cocktail signals” of prolonged anxiety. * Sporting ability and excess energy is a wide sweep of a deep lifeline out into the hand, with raised and firm musculature; firm broad mounts in a wide strong hand also with shortish fingers a long ring finger, as often seen with overactive children. * The British medical journal says that 60% of all British deaths are from cardio-vascular disorders, clubbed nails, and osteoarthritis in the fingers are early warning signs, but particularly in the metacarpophalangeal joints, and the proximalinterphalangeal joints, (knuckles) Women with painful finger joints were 43% more likely to develop later heart problems.
Another sign is very malformed or broken ( line of heart ) with abnormal or uneven nail moons, or a very cold hand showing circulation impairment. Scientists at Liverpool University examined palmists findings and concurred that Shorter ring fingers than first fingers in men increased early heart attack potential with men in their 30s and 40s, as first recorded by Hypocrates and Empedocles. * Heavy basal phalanges. Palmists divide the hand into 3 sections, when the finger basal phalange adjoining the palm is very thick, and if there is particularly abdominal obesity, and red in colour, with a nail curving both ways, can be heart warning indicators, look for further corroboration elsewhere. * Both Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and diabetes exhibit palmer muscle wastage, diabetes must be examined with the cardio-vascular pointers, and M.E and anorexia show signs of extreme malnourishment, including nail down-ridging or splitting. * Lines on the first phalanges ( fingertips) can indicate glandular anomalies, especially if the hand is cold, damp or stiff as in arthritic conditions •
Raynaud’s disease, this is when the fingers go into spasm because of intermittent blood supply, was a common condition with coal miners and seen with workers who use road digging machinery, or drills. The vibration can cause a painful white numbness.
* Arthritis, early signs are always the finger knuckles, particularly if inflamed, usual signs are stiff or bent fingers, is one of the disorder range usually attacks those with short fingers ( brachydactily) look for thumb that lays close to the hand, and down-ridged nails. • Very flexible thumbs are often seen in gymnasts, and in later life joint problems can relate to gynaecological weakness, particularly stress incontinence, such as urine leakage with lifting young children etc. Such conditions as Marfans syndrome and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome also have similar thumbs.
Hypocrates noted that splayed nails, or double curvature nails, are pointers from emphysema to infectious diseases but particularly pulmonary and cardiovascular disorders. * Very common are eating disorders, look for signs of anaemia, under nourishment, and B.M.I anomalies ( body mass index) often seen with a cold hand can be one sign of deep anxiety or attendant glandular difficulty, watch for a full hand, with the tell-tale signs of lines down from the corner of the mouth, from continually being sick, a rare sign in a young face telling of habitual anorexia. And white blotches on very pale nails. * One of the most interesting things that palmists can determine, is the diet and lifestyle of the mother, while pregnant, from signs in the child’s hand. Poor diet, alcohol consumption anti biotic and anti-depressant use all show, in fact data from the Max Planc institute, says the life, and health of your baby was determined by what your mother ate and drank when you were in the womb. Hi there. This is David Wilcock, and you’re listening to another Divine Cosmos audioblog exclusive interview with Benjamin Fulford. Fulford has worked for Forbes Magazine as the editor for the Asia-Pacific region. People have tried to attack his credibility on this before, but it is documented. I have checked the references myself. He was mentioned by Stephen Colbert in one show discussing the so-called Illuminati. I will also say that Fulford has contact with an incredible number of different sources. He does seem to back up who these sources are — as much as humanly possible. NUCLEAR STRIKES AGAINST UNDERGROUND BASES Recently, these sources informed him that the earthquakes that occurred in Colorado and the Washington DC area, surrounding August 22nd and 23rd, were, in fact, apparently nuclear strikes against underground military facilities. [These underground bases] have been built by the US government, ostensibly since the early 1960s, at the cost of trillions of dollars of undocumented taxpayer money that is going into these “black projects.” The reason why I contacted Benjamin Fulford is I had [first] read this on his blog [and was amazed.] Then I started to contact my own sources, which have been built up over being a public figure on the Internet since 1999 – and gaining the trust of many people in various classified programs. I was absolutely astonished when I started to ask around and found out that everyone I know, with one exception who probably wasn’t on a need-to-know basis, confirmed that this attack did happen. THEY NEVER IMAGINED IT COULD HAPPEN Now again. I’m going to turn it over to Ben in just a second. One more setup thing I want to say here is this.
If you haven’t understood the gravity or the implications of what I’m telling you right now, it’s important to point [one thing] out. These guys never imagined that these underground facilities could have been attacked. Ever. So what has happened here is a seismic shift in this insider war – that is arguably as significant as the nuking of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in World War II. And in fact, it may very well be the workings of the Universe, in terms of karma, that the people responsible for those attacks have now had it happen to them. CODE RED – ON A NEED-TO-KNOW BASIS There is undeniable significance in this happening. I was astonished at the depth of detail I have been able to get from my own sources about what happened. I have been told that the situation is now considered Code Red. However, it is also being withheld from most of the people in these [classified] programs. It’s on a need-toknow basis. Even the sources I am in contact with, all except for one, did not even have the need-toknow basis high enough to know why this happened. Or who was responsible for it! MINING FOR INFORMATION So the only thing we know is that the powers that were, as I like to call them, have been putting out stories on the Internet about this event. What they’re actually doing is they are trying to mine for information. They want to find out who knows what. And I am astonished that my own sources lack the knowledge that Benjamin Fulford has been putting out as to who is responsible for this… and why [it was done]. UP TO SIXTY THOUSAND DEATHS – AND NO INSIDER IS SAFE My intelligence suggests it is possible that as many as 30,000 people were in each of these two underground cities at the time that [the explosions] went off. So we’re talking about the potential of 60,000 deaths.
We’re also talking about the potential that anyone else working for these programs who is in one of these facilities, which could either be underground or possibly off-world, such as in a space station, on the Moon or elsewhere… is now totally alone and unguarded. They are not going to be protected. They are not safe. And their superiors are not informing them of the risk they are now in by being in those locations. SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT I want to set the record straight. I want to get the man to talk to you, the public, and hear, firsthand, what the hell is going on, who did this, why did they do this, and what are the implications. So Ben, that’s my intro. Let’s hear from you now. I’m very interested in this. BRETTON WOODS SET THE STAGE BF: There has been a very esoteric battle over control of the dollar printing machine for the global financial system. What happened was that at the end of World War II, at the Bretton Woods accords of 1944, Britain, France and the US were given the right to control the world’s currency. They were supposed to have a Marshall Plan to develop Africa and Asia as well as Europe. They reneged on their promise, and instead started to fake a “cold war” with the Soviet Union – which was designed to support the military industries. 77 NON-ALIGNED NATIONS SET UP GLOBAL COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS Then, the group of non-aligned nations – 77 nations – pooled their assets… all their wealth, their gold and other valuables… and set up some global collateral accounts. They wanted to use this money to start the Marshall Plans for Asia and Africa. KENNEDY TRIED TO END THE FED – AND THE COLD WAR
President Kennedy agreed to go along with this after he found out that there was a group that was trying to very seriously get the Soviet Union and the United States to annihilate each other. This was the Cuban Missile Crisis. The historical accord is called the Hilton Green Memorial. This is available to any serious researcher in financial history. President Sukarno [of Indonesia] was the signatory for the countries. He was going to give Kennedy – they gave Kennedy 140,000 tons of gold. Kennedy passed a law allowing Congress, not the Federal Reserve Board, to create dollars [from these gold-backed global collateral accounts given to the United States.] Kennedy also said, “Let’s go to the Moon, instead of this cold war, to stimulate industry. Let’s develop the poor countries and let’s develop space instead of having this fake Cold War.” KENNEDY WAS ASSASSINATED – AND THE CLOCK RAN OUT IN 1994 Kennedy did put out a lot of money, but he was assassinated. As you know, the public space program just disappeared in the 1970s when that funding ran out, and just stopped completely. President Sukarno was hounded from office. The international agreement that left Britain, France and the United States in charge of the world’s financial system expired in 1994. That is why they wound down the Soviet Union. After 1994, there was no accord at the very top level of the world’s financial system about who would be in charge next. There was a split in the ranks. CHINA AND NON-ALIGNED NATIONS WANTED FINANCIAL CONTROL The Chinese and the non-aligned nations were pressuring the oligarchs who had been running things since World War II to hand over control of the dollar printing press – the financial system – but they were reluctant. The international court of justice at the Hague was sued by the Chinese over gold that the Federal Reserve Board owners sold them.
THE FED HAD TO PAY UP ON SEPTEMBER 12, 2001 The Federal Reserve Board owners lost this lawsuit, and they were told to hand over the gold… starting on September 12, 2001. Instead, on September 11th, 2001, as you all know, they gave the world the finger and started this huge, fake, global war on terror. It was part of an attempt [at controlling the planet] by the fascist groups of World War II. THEY WANTED GLOBAL FASCISM – AND 90% FEWER PEOPLE The Nazis and their fascist sympathizers in the US, and England, and Italy, [along] with a group that can be found within the military, in Congress, and in the Vatican, were going to set up a global fascist government. At the same time, they had this belief that there were too many people. Especially too many, according to them, inferior brown-type people. They wanted to reduce the world’s population by 90 percent. DW: This is documented? BF: Yes, it’s very well documented. I was invited to join this group by Heizo Takanaka, who was the Japanese finance minister for five years. I have a tape recording of this invitation to prove it. THEY WANTED TO HIDE UNDERGROUND AFTER NUKING THE PLANET They were planning to hide in these underground bases after they set off a nuclear holocaust. The original plan was to start a nuclear war between Iran and Israel, and use that as an excuse to set up martial law in the G7 countries – and then prepare for war against China. RUSSIA AND CHINA CUT THEM OFF This plan fell apart when Russia kicked them out – and Putin re-asserted independence for Russia. That removed their control – the oil industry – and made that whole plan not work.
The Chinese also stopped buying US treasuries for a while to put pressure on this group. THEY OFFERED TO PARTNER WITH CHINA IN WORLD DICTATORSHIP So they switched strategies. Instead, they tried to suck up to China and offer them a world dictatorship… in partnership with this group. That’s why in public you saw Obama visit China in 2009 and offer a “G2”. This is how you can confirm this. THEY ARE BEING CUT OFF – AND ARE RUNNING OUT OF MONEY In any case, this group that carried out the 9/11 attacks has been under increasing pressure, and under isolation, at the very highest levels. They are running out of money. They are being cut off. WHAT ABOUT THE “MISSING” 2.3 TRILLION DOLLARS? DW: Ben, right before September 11th, a lot of people forgot about this. Donald Rumsfeld goes on national television and says that they “lost” 2.3 trillion dollars from the Pentagon over the previous decade. Does that have anything to do with this gold thing you are talking about? BF: Oh yeah. FINANCING “MURDER INCORPORATED” That money was used to finance Blackwater – a private army not controlled by the Pentagon. The Pentagon would not let themselves be controlled by this cabal. So they were trying to do what the Nazis did in World War II – create an elite SS corps that could bully the regular military. That was where that money went to, as far as my sources are concerned. DW: Wow. BF: In any case, we were contacted by smugglers, drug smugglers…
DW: Could you just say who “We” is, for a minute? THE WHITE DRAGON SOCIETY – MANY GROUPS COLLABORATING BF: “We” is a group of us who are involved in the fight to overthrow this cabal. It includes members of the CIA, the Pentagon, the [intelligence] agencies, and various [other groups], including Asian secret societies. We use the name White Dragon. There is another group that calls themselves the White Hats. We all have the same goal, which is to get this insane group of people out of power. WHY FULFORD? DW: Some of the criticism I have seen from people on the Internet is, “If this group is so vast and so powerful to fight this cabal, why is Benjamin Fulford the only one talking about this?” BF: These people like their secrecy – and I am a spokesperson. When you go to the White House, there is only one voice they give to the public. They prefer to work behind the scenes. You’ve got to realize we’re dealing in a world where they use assassination like most of us use tissue papers. DW: Sure. IT IS VERY DANGEROUS TO STAND AGAINST THE CABAL BF: I’ve had about six murder attempts myself. One of my colleagues, a CIA guy, was recently poisoned with ricin by these guys. Another one of our members in Switzerland has guards around his house, and they just shot someone last week near his house who was trying to kill him. Before that, they found a Mafioso by the name of Vincenzo Mazzamaro who had a gun and a sophisticated lock-picking device, and was trying to get into his place. Another one of us had a concrete bag miss him by a couple of inches last week.
DW: Wow. BF: We’re dealing with some very dangerous people. That’s why there is a need for secrecy. FULFORD IS BILINGUAL AND HIGH PROFILE IN ASIA THANKS TO FORBES DW: I’ve also speculated [the following reason why these Asian groups entrusted you with this responsibility.] You are in Japan, and you’re a “gaijin” – a foreigner, a white person. You have the background of being a distinguished editor for Forbes Magazine. You are bilingual, you do speak fluent Japanese. There are several videos you have released now that show that. This might have been part of what gave you this platform to give these Asian secret societies a voice. Would you say that is correct? WHY WASN’T JAPAN USING ITS MONEY TO HEAL THE PLANET? BF: What happened in my case was that I asked a very simple and obvious question when I was at Forbes. The Japanese people – that includes both public and the private sector – have about 8 trillion dollars worth of assets overseas. DW: Eight trillion dollars? BF: Yeah. That’s in the public record. You can go to the finance ministry homepage and the numbers are there. According to the UN development report, you need 400 billion to stop environmental destruction and 200 billion to end poverty. So I’m saying, “Hey, you guys, why don’t you end poverty and stop environmental destruction?” DW: Okay, hold on, hold on.
BF: It’s a no-brainer! 400 BILLION? THAT’S IT? DW: 400 billion is all it takes to completely stop environmental destruction? How is that possible? BF: That’s an annual budget. This is the UN development report. You’d have to go through their experts and find out how they did those numbers. DW: Okay. But that’s public domain. So the eight trillion is vastly more than what it would take to end poverty and stop environmental destruction. BF: Yeah. JAPANESE REVENUE DRAINED FROM RECONSTRUCTION DEBTS [Wilcock note: Elsewhere, Fulford said he found that a significant percentage of Japanese revenue was being paid to the oil cabal – thanks to exploitive reconstruction contracts with high interest rates that were signed after World War II. These contracts were reinforced with bribery, blackmail, death threats and assassinations of Japanese government officials who didn’t agree.] 90 PERCENT OF WORLD SAVINGS ABSORBED BY US MILITARY BF: The other thing is that if you look at the statistics, you realize that 90 percent of the world’s savings was being sucked out of the system by the US military-industrial complex. DW: How do you prove that? BF: I was a financial journalist for 25 years. This is all public-record stuff. DW: Ninety percent of the US budget is going to the military. BF: There’s an easy way to check. Just look at the US external trade deficit and compare it

DW: (Laughs) BF: That’s for the simple reason that the military does not produce tradable goods. They were a parasitic entity on the world economy. WHY NOT HEAL THE WORLD AND COLONIZE SPACE? What I said was simply, “Look. Why don’t you just stop paying for this military?” I told this to the Asians – “and instead ask them to [end poverty and environmental destruction] and set them to exploring space?” It’s the sort of thing that’s just common sense. DW: Okay, Ben, your audio just cut out on that last sentence. [Missing content was replaced in brackets.] BF: I think that is common sense. DW: Okay. ASSASSINATION ORDERS BF: What happened was that an assassination order came out for me. The South Korean secret police informed the Chinese that there was an order to have me killed. You can check. My colleague Paul Klebnikov, the Moscow bureau chief for Forbes Magazine, was shot nine times outside of his apartment in Moscow. He was still alive when the ambulance came an hour later. He got to the hospital and he was put in the hospital elevator. The elevator was stopped for eight minutes – and he died in the elevator. He was investigating a member of this same group that I was. He was investigating Boris Berezovsky, one of the oil tycoons. I was investigating Heizo Takenaka – but they all go back to the same cabal. DW: Right.
THE WAR ON TERROR WAS OBVIOUSLY A FAKE BF: In any case, the South Koreans told the Chinese that an assassination order was out for me. This was because of my publicly calling for the Asians to stop spending their savings on this vast military machine. You have got to remember, during the Cold War they actually had this antiCommunism excuse. But, the War on Terror was so obviously fake that it was just ridiculous to anybody who does any serious research or investigation. DW: Right. CHINESE SECRET SOCIETY OFFERS PROTECTION BF: I got invited to join a Chinese secret society that offered me protection from this assassination order – and that’s how I found myself in this secret world of financial power. The group that offered me protection was the group that was behind the non-aligned nations. It crosses borders. If you think in terms of countries, you don’t understand how these people work. They have big factions in China, in the US and in Europe – both against and for them. It crosses borders. If you think in terms of nation-states, you won’t understand how these groups work. CHINESE FIGHT FINANCIAL BATTLE BY BUYING REAL ASSETS In any case, a financial battle started. There were many, many public salvos. In 2006, the Chinese wanted to use their dollars to do something other than buy Treasuries. They tried to buy the oil company Unocal. Congress passed a law saying they could not.
So then they took their dollars and they went to Africa, South America and everywhere, and started spending them on real things – like mines and agricultural land and commodities. Not virtual things – like fancy and impossible to understand derivatives products, which are basically con jobs. DW: Ponzi schemes. Yeah. BF: Yeah. FOOD AND OIL PRICES INCREASED BY CABAL The other group tried to retaliate by jacking up food and oil prices. Remember there were hunger riots in 33 countries at one point. DW: Yeah. BF: It was an economist at the World Bank who pointed out the reason people were going hungry was that they were paying farmers to grow oil [ethanol made from corn] instead of food. That put an end to that. 2008 LEHMAN SHOCK WAS ASIAN COUNTER-ATTACK Then there was a counter-attack. The [leaders of the cabal] were told that we would no longer accept dollars printed within the United States. That’s what you know of as the Lehman crisis. 76 PERCENT DROP IN JAPANESE CAR EXPORTS TO THE US You can check this in the public record. If you look at Japanese export statistics, from October or November 2008, after the Lehman shock, you will see something like a 76 percent year-to-year drop in Japanese car exports to the US.
This was the Japanese and other people saying, “You can no longer use paper to buy stuff from the rest of the world. You have to trade with real things.” Of course, your public was not let in on this. DW: That’s where I think people’s brain is going to get busted. Nobody publicly knows that this Lehman shock had anything to do with Asia. BF: Yeah, I know. The way you can check it is to look at the export-import statistics after the Lehman shock. The other way to check it is to look at the Baltic Dry Index. That’s the price of shipping. 90 PERCENT DROP IN THE PRICE OF SHIPPING You will see that the price of shipping dropped 90 percent right after the Lehman shock. DW: Wow. BF: That’s because the ships were no longer going to the US, full of stuff, and then leaving empty [with nothing but worthless paper and IOUs]. These are ways people can verify what I’m saying with public-record information. DW: Good. Okay. NORWAY SHOOTING WAS AN ATTEMPT TO EXTORT 1.5 TRILLION BF: Getting back to the blowing up of the underground bases, this group was being cut off more and more at a high level, and they were running out of money. They were trying to extort money from various countries. They killed the youth group of the ruling party in Norway – that was the Norway attacks – because they were trying to extort the 1.5 trillion-dollar oil fund the Norwegian government controls. They were saying, “Hey, we’re going to kill you if you don’t hand over your money.” DW: [They were] just desperately trying to find cash.
BF: Yeah. They invaded Libya to take over their oil fields, because the Libyans told them, “We’re not going to give you oil for your paper anymore.” DW: Hmmm. NUCLEAR BOMB SMUGGLED INTO JAPAN WITH 70 KILOS OF MARIJUANA BF: In the case of Japan, again, I have sources who are actually drug smugglers. They have been selling drugs in Japan for 70 years. These are CIA types. The CIA drug-smuggling division. They told me that a nuclear bomb had been brought in with their latest shipment of drugs. This was a 70-kilo shipment of adulterated Thai marijuana that was brought in through Okinawa. They found a nuclear bomb mixed in with it. And of course, with these guys, smuggling drugs is one thing, but smuggling nuclear weapons is another. They told the police, and they told me. I made it public. They followed the bomb as far as the North Korean citizens’ association headquarters in Tokyo. FOUR NUKES STOLEN FROM THE RUSSIAN SUB ‘KURSK’ I have independent confirmation from a Mr. Paul Lane, of Pentagon military intelligence – he was a part of the Men Who Stare At Goats group – that four nuclear weapons were stolen from the Russian submarine Kursk after it sank. I think it was in 2000 or something. It was one of those nuclear weapons that was smuggled in [to Japan]. DW: Stolen by who, though?
BF: This is the Odessa group. The Nazi group. The one that was trying to set up a fascist world government – a Fourth Reich. DW: Okay. How did they get to the Kursk to get these nukes out? BF: I don’t know the technical details, but they have submarine bases in various parts of the world. I assume it was from one of these submarine bases. WHY STEAL NUKES IF YOU CAN BUILD YOUR OWN? DW: The next question, then, would be why would they need to get it from the Kursk if they are powerful enough to make their own? BF: The public nuclear devices are under strict safety protocols. You can’t just take them and then blow them up somewhere. There are too many people involved in the chain of command. They tried to do that. MINOT AIR FORCE BASE INCIDENT: FAILED SMUGGLING ATTEMPT There were incidents where [the good guys] just barely stopped a nuclear… DW: Right. Like the Minot Air Force Base incident. BF: Yeah, exactly. DW: The soldiers did a mutiny and would not commit this “Broken Arrow”. That’s what they
called
it
in

terms.
[Insiders attempted to smuggle out a nuclear weapon from Minot AFB. Several of these heroes died as a result of standing up against this plan and refusing to allow the nuclear weapon to be stolen.] BF: There you go. What they needed was some nuclear weapons that were not under any official government control. DW: Okay. JAPANESE SHIP DRILLING TEN KILOMETERS AT EXACT EPICENTER
BF: There was a Japanese drilling ship known as the Chikuyu Maru that can drill ten kilometers into the seabed. They were drilling at the exact epicenter of the earthquake. We had an article from January 17th in a local paper saying they were drilling there. They put the bomb in the seabed. HAND OVER THE CASH – OR TOKYO WILL BE NEXT This was an attempt to extort money, through terror, from the Japanese. DW: So they warned Japan that they put the nuke in [the seabed] before they asked for money? BF: No, they asked for money afterwards. DW: Oh, wow. BF: “If you don’t do it, next it’s Mount Fuji.” DW: For people who don’t know, Fujiyama is right around Tokyo, which is the largest population center of Japan. BF: Yes. That’s right. DW: So basically they are saying they would nuke Tokyo, which is how many million people? Thirty or forty million? BF: Thirty million or so. DW: Right. Okay. JAPANESE PRIME MINISTER HANDED OVER 20 BILLION BF: The Japanese prime minister [Naoto] Kan originally was so cowardly, he just said, “Oh yeah, all right, we’ll sign over money.” He handed over something like two trillion yen, which is about 20 billion dollars. And they gave him a big bribe. MAJOR BATTLE WAS TRIGGERED IN JAPAN TO REMOVE THE CABAL
The evidence that this was not a natural disaster began piling up. The result has been a battle here in Japan to remove these people from control. WHY DO YOU THINK THIS WAS NOT A NATURAL EARTHQUAKE? DW: Some people might not realize there is any evidence that Fukushima was not a natural disaster. Could you just briefly touch on a couple of points that you think are the most significant? BF: If you look at the seismic chart, you will see a sudden explosion. It’s not like a natural earthquake, where you have pre-shocks. It was just suddenly huge, and then it started fading down. UNDERGROUND BASE EXPLOSIONS ALSO STARTED BIG It was the same with the underground bases. If you look at a seismic chart, it will look like a big line all of a sudden appearing, and then a smaller line afterwards. There is no buildup, as you would find in a natural earthquake. PLUTONIUM PUT IN FUKUSHIMA A MONTH BEFORE THE ATTACK There is plenty of evidence. The governor of Fukushima province told me they overruled him and put plutonium in reactor number 3. [This was only] one month before the tsunami incident. DW: Only a month before? BF: Yeah. HOUSING COMPANY’S STOCK SHOT UP A MONTH BEFORE THE ATTACK And then we had a company called Higashi Nippon House. They make cheap housing in northeastern Japan. Their stock was shooting up in the month before the attack.
You’ve got to remember: Japan has an aging and shrinking population. It doesn’t make sense for a cheap housing company’s stock price to go shooting up like that – unless there was something in the works. POSSIBLE NUCLEAR ATTACK THREATENED TWO DAYS BEFORE The other thing is that a group of us recorded a conversation between Kirk Campbell, who is your deputy foreign minister for Asia, and Japanese power broker Ichiro Ozawa – on March 9, 2011. In this conversation, Campbell asked Ozawa not to split the ruling party and force the formation of a new government. [This could easily have resulted in a loss of cabal control over Japan.] They said [if he agreed to keep the ruling party intact,] they would give him the rights to zeolite [they owned] in Fukushima province. Zeolite is used to clean up radioactive waste. This conversation was recorded on March 9th – two days before the tsunami attack. NETANYAHU PERSONALLY THREATENED NEW NUCLEAR DISASTERS The other point [came in from] a man by the name of Takemasa Kawase, a Japanese military intelligence officer. [He] subsequently told me that Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu phoned Japanese prime minister Naoto Kan after the attack. [Netanyahu] said that they would cause other nuclear disasters around Japan if they did not start handing over the money. The chief Mossad agent in Japan, by the way, is a man named Michael Green. He’s a nasty piece of work, and we’re going to remove him from this country soon. DW: One question, though. BF: Yeah, but I want to… DW: OK, go ahead.
ISRAELI COMPANY WAS IN CHARGE OF SECURITY AT FUKUSHIMA BF: In order to confirm what this guy told me, I wanted to check – and there was an Israeli company that was in charge of security at the Japanese nuclear plant. DW: Oh my gosh! BF: So I was able to independently confirm that through other sources. This is publicly available information – who was in charge of security at Fukushima. It was an Israeli company. Now go on. What was your question? IS ISRAEL A MEMBER OF THE CABAL? DW: First, then, do you believe that Israel is tied in with this cabal you keep mentioning, in some way? BF: Not Israel, but a clique at the top of the Israeli government, yes. Most Israelis I consider to be chumps or victims of these people. THE CABAL INTENDED TO SACRIFICE THE ISRAELI PEOPLE For example the cousin of the Shah of Iran, among others, came to us with information that George Bush and his group had given twelve neutron bombs to the government of Iran. [These were] missiles with neutron bombs on them. [Elsewhere, Fulford has said these missiles were intended to be used against Israel. The cabal hoped it would trigger World War III, which would assist them in depopulating the planet and securing greater military control over the people.] Remember – neutron bombs kill people, but leave buildings intact. DW: Well, that’s not only treasonous, it sounds crazy. BF: It is! IRANIANS TRIED TO GET RID OF THEM – BUT THEY WERE REFUSED
The Iranians said “We don’t want them.” They put them at the Iraqi border and asked President Obama to please take them off their hands. Obama just refused to listen. DW: Wow. [Elsewhere, Fulford has said that the “Pentagon White Hats” intend to restore constitutional government to the US after overthrowing the cabal, and want to keep the elected president in power as this happens. I support this decision, and feel it is the best move to make in order to keep the public calm as this event finally comes to pass. I would be cautious in blaming Obama personally for this alleged decision not to remove nukes from Iran without gaining additional information first. The president is the intended fall-guy to draw attention away from the cabal conspirators behind the scenes. His true power is limited. Even if he did want to retrieve the weapons, he may not have had any choice. It may also have been seen as a trap – far too dangerous to risk the lives of top personnel on what could easily have been a suicide mission.] MOST ISRAELIS WOULD BE HORRIFIED IF THEY KNEW THE TRUTH BF: Okay? And again, people at the higher level know this is true. In other words, they were going to offer the people of Israel as a kind of ritual sacrifice. So the Israelis were victims. A lot of them were fooled with Jewish superiority talk, which is really the same as Aryan superiority talk – only you substitute Jew for Aryan. They were chumps. Most of the Israelis don’t know what is going on, and they would be appalled to hear it. It’s about a cabal that is above all that. DW: And it has no religious affiliation.
THEY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH JUDAISM / CHRISTIANITY / ISLAM BF: Well, they are associated with the Abrahamistic religions. Let’s put it that way. DW: Going back to Babylon, Mesopotamia, all the way back there? BF: Well, at least going back to the time of the Caesars. RELIGION AND FASCISM Let’s remember the word “religion.” The etymology of the word “religion” is religare in Latin, which means to re-bind. What do you re-bind it into? A fascio. What is a fascio? It is a bundle of sticks, but it is also fascism. MONOTHEISTIC RELIGION COULD BE USED FOR MASS MIND CONTROL At its worst, monotheism – as practiced in the Middle Ages, for example – involved singular control over everybody’s thoughts. Remember – in the Middle Ages, if you didn’t believe in the official Catholic doctrine, then you and your entire family would be killed – or tortured until you confessed. DW: Right. That was the Inquisition. BF: Well, yeah! THEY’RE MORE SOPHISTICATED NOW – BUT STILL LOSING THE BATTLE And it’s much more sophisticated now. Five companies control all the major English-[speaking] media – including the TV, the newspapers, the radios, the Hollywood studios. It’s much more sophisticated now. They’re trying to get everybody to think the same way – and they’re losing [the battle]. 9/11, the story there, was just so full of holes and contradictions that they were losing a significant part of their brainwashed audience – including myself, because I was a highlevel brainwashee.
DW: Right. PENTAGON BLEW UP UNDERGROUND BASES TO FIGHT GENOCIDE BF: In any case, what happened was that there was a group within the Pentagon and the agencies and stuff that realized this plan was insane. They knew that the plan to kill 90 percent of humanity was wrong. They then blew up the underground bases the elites were going to use to hide in when they carried out their nuclear holocaust. DW: Okay. I want to get back to that, because that is a really central point. There is one question I want to ask you before we get to that, because that’s the conclusion of the discussion. WHY DOES THE CABAL NEED TO STEAL MONEY? Why did these guys need money? If they have so much infrastructure, so many assets, and massive political power, why can’t they just nakedly exercise power… move men around, move munitions around? Why do they need money? Why are they going around like a crackhead looking for a fix? Why are they going to all these different countries and trying to scam money off of them? Why can’t they just print dollars and make more money? BF: Because people aren’t accepting their dollars worldwide. You’ve got to remember there are 800 US military bases around the world. Greer’s contacts confirmed the PLF technology was acquired from ETs – and involves advanced cloning principles to create a “biological robot”.
Apparently, a human fetus is grown in an artificial environment, and without the pressure of the womb, it retains fetal proportions and features – including the large eyes, big head and thin body – on into adulthood. POSITIVE ETs WOULD NOT INTERFERE UNTIL 2012 [According to the Project Camelot testimony of “Mr. X”, an employee for a major defense contractor, the positive ETs gave a very important message to the cabal in the early 1950s. Several top-secret documents revealed that unless the ETs were specifically invited to show up by a majority of the people, and / or their leaders, they could not appear publicly and openly, on any mass scale, until the end of the year 2012. Namely, ETs have apparently been cooperating with this international resistance group to defeat the cabal. This was totally unexpected, as the cabal was led to believe the ETs had to follow spiritual laws that forbade them from ever intervening – under any circumstances. This included the powering-down of 50 Minuteman ICBMs – and top military witnesses have now publicly reported that a cigar-shaped craft was hovering overhead the entire time. THE UNDERGROUND BASES WERE A MUCH MORE SIGNIFICANT STRIKE [However, the destruction of these two major underground facilities is far more massive than other attacks that occurred in November and December 2010, and thereafter. These earlier attacks did apparently wipe out a great deal of individual craft and munitions that the cabal could have used to fake an alien invasion, according to the insiders I have spoken to. However, it was always done a little here, a little there – never all at once. This gave the cabal a false hope that they still had a chance, even as their infrastructure crumbled. It is very likely that the ETs would not have destroyed two entire underground cities on their own. This attack was much, much bigger than anything else had been.
I believe Fulford is correct in saying that the “good guys” in the Pentagon did this themselves – to stop the genocide from taking place. ONCE WE DEFEAT THE CABAL, WE STOP THE ABDUCTIONS [Since the cabal is responsible for manufacturing and implementing the PLFs, the “alien threat” appears to be largely generated from within this group. Therefore, once we defeat the cabal, we stop the abductions… and the UFO cover-up.] LET’S USE WHAT WE HAVE – TO TRANSFORM THE PLANET BF: And so, the point is, let’s develop these patents in a safe way, and you can have a boom time such as we haven’t had in a very long time. DW: Right. Instead of creating these financial products that are just voodoo, why not actually build infrastructure? The existing military-industrial complex, I would argue, is probably the only entity on Earth that has the tools, the factories, the infrastructure and the staff to be able to accomplish this. BF: Yeah! Exactly. And that’s why the generals are now on our side. The people who are not on our side are mostly bribed politicians in Washington DC, and the Wall Street crowd. So they are being increasingly isolated. WHY IN THE WORLD DO THEY WANT TO KILL SO MANY PEOPLE? DW: Now what possible reason could they have – these adversaries… Why in the world do they think they want to reduce population? The average person’s mind shuts down because they can’t conceptualize that anyone would be that evil. So what’s their rationale, as far as you understood it? MASS DEATH IS “GOOD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT” BF: The story they tell me is, “Look. We’re destroying the environment. There’s too many people for the planet to support.”
CULTIVATING THE HUMAN RACE LIKE GARDENERS The other thing is these people are elitists. They believe in eugenics. They say too many stupid people are breeding too much. Useless eaters. All they do is they destroy the environment, and they don’t produce anything. They just sit around and watch TV. We don’t need these people. We want to eliminate the weak and the useless, and just keep the elite. We want to increase and improve the genetic quality of the human race by purging the garbage

And, we get to save the environment and create a whole new natural ecosystem. The Georgia Guidestones has their philosophy written out. 500 million people on Earth, in harmony with their environment. THE NAZIS WERE ENVIRONMENTALISTS People can forget the Nazis were great green people when it came to preserving nature and natural parks, all that kind of stuff. They were really gung ho. In Mein Kampf, Hitler wrote that he wanted to enslave the non-white peoples and then kill them. It’s right there. It’s the same group. They’re the same Nazis. The same philosophy. [DW: Fulford didn’t mention that after World War II, top German scientists were brought over to the US via Project Paperclip. The rationale was that if the US didn’t get them, they would fall into the hands of the Soviet Union, which was far worse. THE CABAL WANTS YOU TO FEEL HOPELESS… AND DOOMED DW: Now a lot of people who read about this stuff online, the vast majority in fact – including most of the guests Jeff Rense or Alex Jones would have on – feel there is an incredible sense of futility. Everyone seems to go with the knee-jerk reaction that all the governments in the world, all the countries in the world, everybody is in on it. BF: That’s where they are being used and turned into controlled opposition. They are trying to numb people to the message. “Yeah, it’s happening, but there is nothing you can do about it. It’s inevitable.” That’s simply not the case. DW: Could you explain why that is not the case? THEY ONLY CONTROL THE G5 COUNTRIES… AND A FEW SHILLS BF: They only now control the G5 countries. DW: Which countries are those?
BF: Those countries are Italy, France, England, Germany and the United States. DW: That’s it? You’re saying ALL the other countries in the world they don’t control anymore? BF: If you look at the countries that accepted the new… I think maybe they’ve got a few subject countries like Honduras, Columbia and places like that. MOST OF THE REST OF THE WORLD IS PART OF THE ALLIANCE If you look at the African Union, they put out their own currency backed by Khadafy’s gold – and they don’t support this group. There was a meeting in Monaco at the end of August. 57 COUNTRIES GATHERED TO DISCUSS HOW TO DEFEAT THE CABAL 57 countries were invited by the Swiss to discuss cutting these people off financially – and creating an international financial boycott against the controllers of the G5. They all came back and said they were told by their bosses they couldn’t do it. DW: Wow. [In my case, the president of Dutton Books, a Penguin division, contacted me directly. Hardly anyone saw the Source Field book, or its contents, until it was actually published.] BF: They’ve had people going and telling everybody I’ve ever associated with professionally that I had become an insane drug user. They control the media. You’ve got to remember that. There are five companies. Five corporations – controlled by people like Rupert Murdoch, Redstone and stuff. They have a grip over all the TV studios, all the newspapers, the radio stations, Hollywood studios, you name it. THIS IS NOT A GLOBAL ECONOMIC COLLAPSE DW: So if their economies are going to go down, they can then say it’s a global economic collapse. BF: And it’s NOT a global economic collapse! SEVEN PERCENT WORLD ECONOMIC GROWTH OUTSIDE THE G5 Again, if you look at the public statistics, you will see that if you exclude the G5 countries, the average growth in the world economy last year was seven percent! DW: Holy crap!
BF: People are booming! It’s not a world crisis – it’s a crisis among the countries controlled by this cabal. DW: And it’s only the G5 nations. Wow! BF: Yes! I mean, look at the statistics. They’re all there. It’s all in the public record. You just have to look at government websites and check this out. Wernher Von Braun, the guy behind the Apollo projects, said on his deathbed that they were going to use a fake alien invasion as an excuse for genocide. It’s crazy stuff – but it’s provable. TELL US MORE ABOUT THIS INTERNATIONAL MEETING… You said that there is this meeting that happened, with I believe you said 57 different countries, was it? BF: Yes. DW: And this happened in Monaco? BF: Yes. And it was taken on board a ship which went into international waters. According to two witnesses, Senator Jay Rockefeller showed up and tried to break into the meeting – and he was physically ejected.
THE CABAL SENT IN BLACK HELICOPTERS – BUT WERE CHASED OUT Two black helicopters appeared above the ship during the meeting, and they were chased away by harrier jets. DW: Now these black helicopters were like Apaches with weapons on them? BF: I don’t know the details. I just heard that there were two helicopters, and there was a danger that they were going to use some kind of electromagnetic weapon against the ship. DW: Oh, like scalar technology kind of stuff. Yeah. BF: And I know that they were chased away by two harrier jets. DW: Wow! BF: US military jets. THEY WOULD HAVE KILLED EVERYONE – AND TRIED TO MAINTAIN CONTROL DW: If they had succeeded with those helicopters, what do you think might have happened there? Would everybody have just died? BF: Well, they would have killed all the representatives. Then they would have said, “Hey, we’re in charge, and if you try to go against us, we’ll kill you.” This is what they’ve been doing ever since World War II. HOW COULD THEY COVER UP A MASS KILLING OF THIS SCOPE? DW: If so many persons of interest died at once, wouldn’t that become a massive international incident that would require investigation anyway? BF: They have done this before. The Titanic was sunk deliberately to get rid of six hundred senior financiers who were opposed to the taking over of the Federal Reserve Board. DW: Wow.
BF: They would come up with some story about the Tragedy of Monaco. And the koolaid drinkers out there would go and believe it! I’m sorry, but that’s how it is. [DW: Undoubtedly, the helicopters would have planted and detonated explosives on the boat after neutralizing everyone, and then blamed it on terrorists – and used the incident in an attempt to further their political goals.] THREE DIFFERENT SOURCES CONFIRMED THE MEETING DW: Were you at this meeting yourself, Ben? BF: No. A close colleague of mine was there. And, I confirmed it from two other people who were there, who aren’t related to that colleague of mine. DID ANY OLD WORLD ORDER MEMBERS GET TO ATTEND THE MEETING? DW: Now what about people from the Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg, or Council on Foreign Relations? BF: They were deliberately excluded. DW: Any one of them, no matter who? BF: No matter who. If they were a member, they weren’t allowed. DW: And that’s also why Jay Rockefeller wasn’t allowed in. BF: That’s right. BILDER-BUST Remember the Bilderberger meeting that took place in June, in St. Moritz, Switzerland this year? It was supposed to last until Tuesday. They all had to flee on Sunday night, because they were about to be arrested by the Swiss. DW: Whoa! I never heard that before.
BF: Well, it’s there! SWISS PARLIAMENT MEMBER BEATEN – AND CALLS IN THE COPS Again, what happened was a Swiss lawmaker tried to get into the site and he was beaten up. He went to the Swiss government and said “I’m a Swiss member of parliament, in my own country, and they beat me up and threw me out. That’s illegal.” They said “Yes. We’ll go arrest them.” They all had to pack their suitcases and flee on Sunday night – before being arrested on Monday. DW: So this would have been like a paramilitary swat team that would have swept in. BF: Well yeah – the police authority. DW: Right. BF: So there you go. The Bilderbergers were chased out, with their tails between their legs. DW: Unbelievable! BF: That’s there for everybody to see. HOW CAN THESE 80 COUNTRIES ACTUALLY DEFEAT THE CABAL? DW: So you’re saying that this meeting in Monaco took place on a ship. You have representatives

You said 80 countries now have signed on to this treaty. Now could we get into some detail about why this is so significant? What did they talk about? How are they going to pull off doing something like this, where these entities – these five corporations – control the world’s media? Let’s go into that a little bit. THE MAJORITY OF THE PENTAGON SUPPORTS THE ALLIANCE DW: What percentage of the Pentagon is on the side of this alliance? BF: I’ve heard that the only generals who are not on board are [guys] like Petraeus. From what I’ve heard, most of the Joint Chiefs are now with this group. DW: What about lower levels of the hierarchy? Like the soldiers. BF: The lower levels are completely pissed off. They support Ron Paul – and they know that there’s something totally wrong. [DW: My own insiders have told me there is a massive struggle going on within the military between those who would arrest, detain and kill American citizens and those who would not. VATICAN AND P2 LODGE CLAIM SECRET CONTROL SINCE JULIUS CAESAR Certainly the P2 Freemasonic lodge and the Vatican claim that they have controlled things in secret since the time of Julius Caesar. I met them and they tried to poison me. They didn’t think I would come alive out of Italy with the information they gave me – but I did. [DW: At the time, Fulford did say these people told him about the 25,920-year precession of the equinoxes cycle. They inherited prophecies that a Golden Age would result from this cycle, and its effects, beginning after the year 2012. They are very off-base about how the prophecy would be fulfilled, as I discuss in my new book – but they have always been keenly aware of this as their timetable, which is why there is such urgency. Fulford didn’t cover it here, but both the Rockefeller and the Rothschild factions are being forced to step down and relinquish control by this 80-country alliance. That's why no Bilderberg / CFR / Trilateral members were allowed in. DW: Okay. A couple quick questions just to tie this off. WHO NUKED THE BASES? WAS THIS PART OF THE MONACO ACCORDS? Who did the underground bases, in your estimation? Who nuked them and why? Does it have any relationship with this meeting in Monaco? BF: Yes. It was Pentagon white hats saying to the elite, “You’re not going to destroy the surface of the planet and escape yourselves. “If you’re going to destroy the surface of the planet, you’re going to destroy your families too. You’re not going to escape.” They made it very clear to them that they are not going to be able to initiate some kind of nuclear holocaust and be able to get away with it. DW: Right. [There is extensive evidence that the ETs will not allow them to nuke innocent civilians anyway – but they certainly keep trying. Events like Hiroshima, Nagasaki and Fukushima are much less serious than the scope of what could be done in an all-out nuclear attack. Given the extent to which ETs have powered down any and all Old World Order nuclear assets, it is amazing that the cabal continued to be in denial and believe they would ever be allowed to use them on any significant level.] NOW THEY HAVE NOWHERE TO HIDE These guys must have always thought somehow that these bases were safe. And now none of them are safe. BF: Yes. They had their greenhouses, and their food supplies, and their big-screen TVs, and their supply of women. It’s like Dr. Strangelove. “We’ll hide in our tunnels with our young ladies while everybody else up on the surface dies.” DW: Right. BF: “Then we’ll come out and we’ll take over the planet – and breed like rabbits.”
Well, that ain’t gonna happen. OK? THEY NOW HAVE DETAILED MAPS AND FILMS OF ALL THE BASES DW: You had said on your blog that some of your people who were there in Monaco have detailed maps of these underground bases. They know exactly where they are. And footage of the bases was shown? BF: That’s right. [The Pentagon gave this evidence to] the world governments to show, “Yes, it’s true. These crazy people were planning to kill 90 percent of humanity.” The world’s governments know this. HOW MIGHT THIS EVENT HAPPEN – AND WHEN? DW: Okay, so how can we expect that this event will take place? What might happen and when might it happen? What are we looking at? What are we going into here? What will be the precursors of this? BF: There are several possibilities. The one I’m hearing the most, the one that the Pentagon backs, is a lawsuit that would lead to the arrest of the top cabalists. WILCOCK’S OWN TESTIMONY OF WHAT IS EXPECTED [DW: My own insiders expect that the dollar is about to collapse, thanks to this coordinated international effort – followed by the official declaration of bankruptcy by the US government. That will be the immediate precursor event. I have been told the insiders are considering seven different ways in which this collapse could happen. All of them are thought to be potentially very imminent, even before the end of the year. No one is certain of the exact timing, though, and the “windows” are always changing based on unpredictable events.
The recent announcement of the bankruptcy of the US Postal Service brings us very close to this point already – as one example. THEY’RE PRAYING FOR CHAOS Once this dollar collapse / government bankruptcy is officially acknowledged and recognized by the public at large, the cabal expects riots and social upheaval. Again, I believe they fantasize far too much about the scope and the severity of what will occur. It’s undoubtedly a coping mechanism. The cabal members desperately hope the people will turn against each other, as it is their last hope to maintain any control over the situation. The fear-porn scenarios I have heard seem utterly fanciful – particularly since the majority of the military will turn on those who try to harm the public in any way. Some of the technology that will be used to turn against the conspirators is highly classified and highly effective. Most people will probably never know it was used. These “fracking” events will be “friendly fire” indeed. And Americans are not going to hand over their guns and gold. THEY HAVE PLANTED EXPLOSIVES UNDER MANY CRITICAL BRIDGES I did hear that cabal insiders have already planted demolition charges to blow up a large number of critical bridges and runways – isolating various geographical regions and causing food shortages for a period of time. This massive strike, of course, will be blamed on “terrorists” hitting America at its weakest moment. This is one of the strongest real threats we face once this epic announcement is finally made. Exposing these plans spoils any element of surprise. So many insiders are defecting that many, if not most of these explosives will hopefully be located and neutralized in advance – if they haven’t already been. However, it may be unrealistic to assume that all of them will be neutralized, since they can all be detonated by remote control at the push of a button.
CRITICAL SUPPLIES WILL STILL BE DISTRIBUTED They did hope this attack would lead to mass starvation, anarchy and chaos. However, even with impaired land transit and airport runways, critical supplies will still get where they are needed by the focused efforts of the just – including the military. The nationwide Eisenhower interstate system was built to be used as emergency aircraft runways, for example – and it is far too huge to be able to destroy. Helicopters do not require airstrips either. MASS ARRESTS The official bankruptcy announcement, and the potential shock of widespread bridge and runway detonations, will be immediately followed by mass arrests. This will include key staff from all three branches of government: senators, congressmen, judges and executives. It will also include top military brass, top intelligence personnel, defense contractors, top media moguls, corporate executives, Federal Reserve Board staff, top financiers and “too big to fail” financial entities, et cetera. Fulford has said that the Pentagon may now house these people, at least temporarily, in the very same “detention camps” they had originally planned on using against American citizens. Karma’s a bitch. TRYING TO FIND A HIDING PLACE Everyone on this list is scrambling for a place to hide. The bases near Washington DC and Denver were both quite popular due to their convenient locations. Most of the top people had comfy, personalized living spaces already set up in these locations – with their own memorabilia, keepsakes and nostalgic items. Many of these people have also moved their personal belongings to purported safety zones in South America – and only have a minimum number of items left in their own homes in the US.
ESCAPE FLIGHTS I am told the cabal members have near-instant escape flights planned. The pilots and aircraft

Most of these pilots will probably defect. I also have very good intel that the personnel staffing these safety zones have already agreed to turn on them as soon as they arrive. Pilots who do not defect are undoubtedly in mortal peril if they attempt to complete these flights. Fulford also said the South American countries themselves have now agreed to infiltrate and disrupt these zones – and their incoming flights. And now, back to the recorded interview.] THEY MAY SETTLE FOR A TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION COMMITTEE BF: But right now, they’re also trying to cut a deal. [The international alliance is] saying, “Hey, look. If you guys will stop the nuclear terror, then maybe we’ll forgive you.”
It’s one of those situations where so many people are involved that it is better to have a truth and reconciliation committee rather than a bunch of arrests and beheadings, you know? DW: So you’re saying that these underground nuclear strikes against the bases… BF: (crosstalk) What I’m saying is that there either will be thousands of arrests of prominent people, starting with people like Henry Kissinger… Or else, they will cut a deal – and appear before a truth and reconciliation committee in exchange for one time of forgiveness. WHEN MIGHT THIS ALL COME TO A HEAD? DW: Do we have a time window on when this all might come to a head? BF: Well, it’s a war. Who knows what crazy stuff they will do next? It could be as early as this fall. It could be as late as next summer. I don’t have a precise date. DW: Okay. BF: But I’m hearing we’re pretty close now. [DW: My own sources have said that due to the massive escalation of threat with the destruction of the two underground cities, this event could come to a head before the end of the year. Also, highly classified documents dating back to 2008 had given a time window of December 2011 for a planned evacuation of the White House due to an “alien invasion”. So, in order to throw off these planned timetables, action is now happening very quickly.] DID THE CABAL RETALIATE AGAINST THE RUSSIANS? DW: Do you think the failure of the Russian airplane that had their entire hockey team onboard was in any way related to this war?
BF: It’s possible. But generally, they would rather get a bunch of generals than hockey players. There was a crash off the coast of Brazil that was involved in this, I know. But I don’t know about the hockey players. [DW: This is not what the insiders told me. I heard there is wide speculation that the Russian plane crash was a retaliatory attack. Specifically, I was told that the average American sports fan is only about one percent as enthusiastic as the average Russian is about their hockey team. Therefore, this plane crash was a groin kick to the Russian people, giving them a withering emotional and psychological attack.] WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THE CABAL IS ACTUALLY DEFEATED? DW: OK. So just in summary, then, could you paint a picture for us? Let’s assume that this happened. Let’s assume that these 80 countries get what they want. Just paint the picture of what happens. Where do we go as a planet, and how long is it going to take us to get there? BF: It’s just common sense. We have the technical ability to end poverty and stop environmental

So instead of a fake War on Terror, aimed at financing the defense companies forever, in a useless manner, you have some sort of huge campaign, globally: the equivalent of World War III, but a peaceful one. Anybody can climb the pyramid and get to the top if they are good enough and determined enough – instead of an inbred family group controlling it. The people of Japan went through it at the end of World War II. Suddenly they were told their emperor was not a god, and that the war wasn’t actually ending in victory. Soon everything was about to change. It’s going to be like that. Ask anyone who went through the end of the Soviet Union what it was like, and you get a pretty good idea about what is coming. But, unlike the end of the Soviet Union, it is not going to be followed by hardship or poverty. It’s going to be followed by an era of unprecedented prosperity and happiness. OK? I’ve gotta go. DW: Great. Thank you so much. BF: Bye! SFI IS ALREADY BECOMING INSTRUMENTAL DW: That concludes our interview – but it doesn’t conclude the insider updates that I feel are important to share. One insider told me he is hearing about the Source Field book from 2-3 different key people per day. These are insiders within the black-ops community, who are working against the cabal, at very high levels of classification. Just to clarify, these are people who routinely work with free energy, anti-gravity, teleportation, stargate travel and time-viewing technology. They are very excited, as they now realize that SFI is an excellent summary of all the science that has been suppressed — science they use every day in their jobs. They are well aware of the implications of this science being publicly disclosed to humanity — for the first time in Earth history. No one needs to stick their neck out and risk assassination in order to get the truth out – just recommend that people read the book. INNOVATIVE MAIL CAMPAIGN HAS ALREADY BEEN LAUNCHED I was also told that these insiders are buying 10 books at a time and sending them via certified mail, with written return receipts, to governors, senators and congressmen. If the recipients of SFI sign for the book, that now makes them legally liable for being aware of its contents. Apparently, about half of these books are being returned unsigned. This suggests that SFI is already being used to set the groundwork for the Disclosure coup itself… which may be coming a lot sooner than most people would imagine. I DID NOT EXPECT SFI WOULD BE USED SO QUICKLY I had always intended SFI to be used as a critical tool in the Disclosure process. However, I never imagined it would be implemented so quickly and forcefully. The book was released on the very same day that the second underground city was destroyed. I do not believe this was consciously planned or intentional, but it is synchronistic. Libya was also overthrown this very same day. Many people argue this was strictly a negative – an attempt by the Cabal to stop Africa’s new financial system before it started. Either way, in symbolic terms, people associate Libya with a dictatorship. The east coast earthquake caused the pyramidion at the top of the Washington Monument to crack – in a vertical line down the middle. This, as I said, is directly where the Eye would be in the classic Illuminati symbol. I do not believe this specific damage was planned or intended by the insiders. Having both of these massive events happen on the same day is, at the very least, an amazing synchronicity.
UPDATE NEXT MORNING: POSITIVE EVENTS APPEAR TO BE RAPIDLY ACCELERATING I heard from another insider this morning who has a variety of contacts within intelligence agencies, central banking, military officials, et cetera, and specializes in trying to get free energy out to the public. He hadn’t even read this article or was aware that I had interviewed Fulford. Yet, the material was the same — but with new updates. The news from this insider, directly connected to the so-called “Pentagon White Hats,” is extremely positive — if indeed true. FOLLOW-UP MEETING TO MONACO ACCORDS IN POLAND Just two days ago, this same international alliance of 80 countries had another very important
meeting
in
Poland.
Apparently, Timothy Geithner heard about the meeting and appeared there in person, but he was denied entry. This came from a top Marine who was at the meeting and is overseeing the financial reconstruction efforts. Undoubtedly, more information will emerge about this from Fulford, as of Monday morning, if it did indeed happen. FOUR THOUSAND CABAL MEMBERS HAVE ALREADY BEEN ARRESTED These top Pentagon sources have also said that “about 4000″ of the people working on the inside for the cabal, behind the scenes, have already been arrested. It was not indicated where they have been taken, except that it is a very remote location — offering no chance for escape. THEY HAVE NOW FORMALLY AGREED TO SURRENDER There have been critical nuclear attacks against underground cities and sub-shuttle systems.
The mass arrests have already begun, aggressively — but they are still “below the radar”. As a result of these events, we are told the cabal has now formally agreed to surrender. RE-ARRANGING DECK CHAIRS ON THE TITANIC Even in the midst of their surrender, they are still trying to push some of their goals forward. Nonetheless, at this point it seems like a desperate act of futility — like re-arranging deck chairs on the Titanic. This key insider told me that three different people “at the top of the system” have confirmed that the cabal is giving up. He confirms that once all of this goes public, it will be an incredible historic event — greatly relieving fear on Earth. His time window is within a month. An independent source said it could be within two months. Fulford says it might not be until next summer. No one really knows — but when this does happen, it will be one of the single greatest moments in human history. I have had well over 100 different prophetic dreams in the last few years that were telling me this was going to happen.
