THETWE M2V MEMBRANE Thetwe-M2W is a microporous membrane made from a waterproof and windbreaker Teflon® base developed to resist the most adverse of climatic conditions. · Multilevel. 3 levels of thickness. Great capacity to absorb impact and comfort, thanks to the combination of foams of differing density (No-Hit filler). We are thus able to reduce the cyclist’s fatigue and increase the garment’s comfort of use. All the foams used are tested and non-use of harmful chemical substances is certified.

· Multilevel. 3 niveles de espesor. Gran capacidad de absorción de impactos y confort, gracias a la combinación de espumas de diferente densidad (relleno No-Hit). De esta manera conseguimos reducir la fatiga del ciclista y aumentar la comodidad de uso de la prenda. - Layer 1. Low density No-Hit foam (< 20 gr./cc), its function is to perfectly adapt to the shape of the body allowing maximum freedom of movement and optimum breathability. - Layer 2. Medium density No-Hit foam (40 gr./cc) and thickness of 8 mm. The exact amount of protection required by specific areas. - Layer 3. High density No-Hit foam (120 gr./cc) and a thickness of 12 mm. High level of absorption of impact. This multilayer construction adapts ergonomically and progressively to protect the ischial bone and prostate zone, especially for cyclists doing long distance runs on the road or with mountain bikes. In relation to conventional foams, No-HIT foams offers great shock absorption capacity, to the extent that its mass is capable of 800% deformation and regains its original shape without any deformation whatsoever.

This fabric offers low thermal conductibility and reduces overheating thanks to its “striated” design, which facilitates inner ventilation. Its 62% polyester enriched with 38% PBT-based composition improves the garment’s durability. It can be machine washed and does not stiffen on drying. No special creams are needed.

Carvico COLORADO. Incorpora además un tratamiento hidrofílico para facilitar la expansión de la humedad de la transpiración y así acelerar el proceso de secado. Este tejido ofrece una baja conductibilidad térmica y reduce el sobrecalentamiento gracias a su diseño “estriado” que facilita la circulación interior de la ventilación. Su composición a base de un 62% Polyester enriquecido con un 38% de PBT mejora la durabilidad de la prenda. Esta gamuza se puede lavar en lavadora automática y al secarse no se queda rígida, por lo que no es necesario el uso de cremas.
