Local agency triumphs at the 2024 African Property Awards

Greeff Christie’s Whale Coast was honoured at the African Property Awards on 17 October 2024 at the prestigious London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square. Competing against top property professionals from across Africa, they were recognised as an award winner in the Single Real Estate Office category.

The African Property Awards are judged by a panel of over 100 independent industry experts. Judging criteria include design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. This recognition highlights the dedication to excellence of Greeff Christie’s Whale Coast in the real estate industry.

The judging panel is chaired by Lord Best, Lord Waverley, Lord Thurso and The Earl of Lytton, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.

The African Property Awards is the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the regions. Now in its 31st year, the event covers over 50 different residential and commercial categories. Regional heats are staged for Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central and South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific.
