BIO I started playing tennis from a late age of 16 and worked hard to get to the standard I’ve achieved, but still aiming higher. As I learned to play tennis I also started to coach as well so my understanding and level of tennis are at a good level. Before I played tennis I was a 100m runner in my school my last recorded time in my 100m final was 11.03 seconds at tooting bec for sports day. I am eager to learn and love intensive training. I am a counter puncher in terms of tennis game styles and can vary my game styles to be aggressive or defensive. My technical best shot is my backhand side, I can easily generate power with confidence and my speed on the court gives me another advantage to grind players down. My tennis ability has excelled due to my dedicated coach Umran who has spent a lot of time with me on and off the court. My ambition and vision will lead me to victory as it is standard for me to give 100% effort and passion for me in my training sessions and matches.

1. Why do you want to go in the USA? I want to go to the USA to reach my optimal potential in tennis and really get the exposure I need to develop as a young person and gain the experience to explore new heights that would not be possible in the UK. 2. What degree do you want to study? The degree I wish to study is sports medicine which is a degree I originally desired to study as a post graduate after.
3. What would you like to achieve over your four years in the USA? I would hope to be successful with my degree then pursue on to a master degree. As for tennis I would like to leave knowing my tennis has reached a new level with the hard work I'm willing to push through with the help of the university tennis team.
