1-0 win over rookies, Mbombela United. All Stars on the other hand seem to have recharged well their batteries under their new coach, Dan “Dance” Malesela who has since guided the Cape side to a 2-0 over relegated Moroka Swallows before they could emerge 1-0 over Royal Eagle. In the top ight however things are slightly different as club from the 11th position can just win one match and go all the way to the top of the log. Let me also take this

opportunity to congratulate both Ajax Cape Town and Kaizer Chiefs to have reached the nal match of the MTN8. The two sides earned their passage through to the nal match at the expense of BidVest Wits and Bloemfontein Celtic whom they beat in twolegged semi-nals respectively. Finally we would like to wish the best of luck to our national rugby team, The Springbok in their 2015 Rugby World Cup which starts on September 18 in England. You Go and Grab it for us boys!!!

NYAHORA TIME SEARCH FOR PERFECTION TO WIN IN PRETORIA

ZIMBABWE's Rutendo Nyahora waited for the perfect time for her late surge and notched an impressive victory i n t h e P r e t o r i a S PA R Women's Challenge 10km race in Centurion recently. The 26-year-old Nyahora overtook the strong-starting Phalula twins, Lebo and Lebogang, at the 7.5km mark and was not challenged again as she cruised to the nish line

in a time of 34 minutes, 54 seconds. "It all went according to plan and I'm so happy. I've been training at midday every day from the beginning of the month, so the heat did not affect me that much. I was struggling for the rst two kilometres, but after that I enjoyed the race," Nyahora said after her victory. Lebo Phalula nished second

in a time of 35:10, while Lebogang was third, a further 28 seconds back, but it wasn't all bad news for the twins as Lebogang has earned enough points now to be virtually assured of the SPAR Grand Prix Series title. The race started at 2pm with the temperature a warm 29 degrees and Lebo Phalula said the heat was not to her liking. "It was very hot, I don't run my best when it's hot so I'm happy with my second position. It was a very challenging race for me, the hardest of the series, and I messed up the rst kilometre," she said. Nolene Conrad (36:25), who only decided to run a day earlier after struggling with a

calf injury, and Cherelee Schoeman (37:08) rounded out the top ve. The series now moves to Johannesburg on October 11 and Lebogang Phalula said she was determined to round off an excellent series for her with the overall title. "I'm over the moon, I was aiming for a top three nish here, so I'm very happy. I congratulate Lebo and Rutendo, but they must watch out because I love running in Johannesburg and I'm very keen to defend my title there. This is my year," Lebogang said while engaging in goodnatured banter with the two runners who beat her on Saturday.

The fact that we had Adidas in Johannesburg as one of the rst technical sponsors in terms of jerseys for the two clubs which reached the nal match is a sign that we are at least going somewhere

because it is not easy to attract such big brands like adidas at our level,” pointed out Ramotsheki whose LFA boast of 14 clubs. The tournament Which also got a media coverage from Limpopo province's main stream radio station, Thobela FM started with the rst phase on August 1 and 2 which saw 12 clubs tussling each other in the preliminaries which culminated into top six and then semi-nals on Day 1 and 2 (August 1 and 2). After the end of

the rst two days, four clubs, Mandebele Happy Fighters, Cosmos FC, Swallows FC and Bathokoa FC proved their worth when they qualied to for the semi-nals which were held on August 8. The rst semi-nal match saw Bathokoa beat Cosmos FC 30 with Swallows sending Mandebele Happy Fighters packing with a 2-0 drubbing. The moment of truth came on Women's Day (August 9)

when both Swallows FC and Bathokoa took to the eld wearing the new adidas' white & blue and red & white strip respectively. At the end of the day it was Bathokoa who had the last laugh after they narrowly beat their opponents with a lone goal to zero to lift the inaugural title. BIDVEST WITS CONTINUES TO SHINE The club has its roots at Wits University in Johannesburg, where it was formed in 1921 by the university's Students Representatives Council. The club competed in a variety of tournaments and leagues before eventually winning promotion to the National Football League in 1975 then South Africa's top domestic league. During the 1970s the club produced some of South Africa's nest players amongst them goalkeeper Gary Bailey, who went on to play for Manchester United and England and defender Richard Gough, who later played for Rangers, Everton and Scotland. The club won their rst major title in 1978 - winning the Mainstay Cup after beating Kaizer Chiefs in the nal of the competition. Six years later they picked up the BP Top 8, and a year later in 1985 they again beat Chiefs, this time in the nal of the JPS Knockout Cup. The club nished 6th in the inaugural NSL season in 1985 while Scottish striker Frank McGrellis was crowned the league's top scorer with a total of 29 league and cup goals. The 1990s saw mixed fortunes for the team. They won two trophies, the BP Top 8 and the Coca-Cola Cup in 1995 under coach John Lathan. But a year later they

dropped dangerously close to being relegated from the newly formed Premier Soccer League - only surviving thanks to a spirited win on the nal day of the season against Jomo Cosmos. Mid-table nishes followed in 1997 and 1998 before the club nished sixth in 1999-00 helped largely by the inspirational form of centre back Peter Gordon, who played over 400 times for the club and won caps for Bafana Bafana (the South African National Team), and Sam Magalefa who nished as the club's top goalscorer. In 2000-01 the club nished a disappointing 13th under new Scottish coach Jim Bone. A year later former Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Roger De

Sa was appointed head coach, and he immediately restored order with the club nishing 7th in the PSL in 2002, thanks to a 3-1 victory on the nal day of the season over Orlando Pirates. Under De Sa's reign things appeared to be looking up for Wits, with the club securing third placed nishes in the PSL in 2003 and again in 2004. But in 2005 things took a turn for the worse, as De Sa's ultra-defensive tactics, coupled with a mass player exodus at the start of the season, saw the side score just 24 goals in 30 league matches to nish bottom of the league. At the start of the 2005-06 season, former Santos Cape Town and Maritzburg United

coach Boebie Solomons was appointed as head coach, and Solomons' rst season in charge brought a return to the PSL for the Clever Boys, with the club comfortably winning the Mvela Golden League (the second tier of South African football) after starting the season with six successive victories. In June 2007 Roger De Sa rejoined the club after a two-year absence. He replaced caretaker Eric Tinkler who succeeded Boebie Solomons during the 2006-07 season. In 2010 Wits managed to win the Nedbank Cup defeating AmaZulu in the nal. Under Gavin Hunt as Head Coach, the club has attained a top four position in the league in the last 3 seasons.

BREE PRIMARY'S DANONE NATIONS CUP PREPARATIONS GAIN MOMENTUM OCTOBER will be one of the most remarkable months for Tshegofatso Nkge who will be travelling to Morocco with his other Bree Primary School teammates who are expected to represent South Africa at the under-12 Danone Nations Cup World Finals. Bree's Principal, Dave Kalicharan, this youngster will play a key role in the team leading up to and during the tournament. "He is a great motivator and is always joking around and making his team mates laugh," said Kalicharan. "This is over and above the fact that he is a skilled centre back who one day wants to emulate his hero, Neil Tovey." Tshegofatso started playing soccer in the streets when he was 5 years old and was spotted by the coach of Naledi Academy, Bizza. "He saw my potential and mentored me and in 2013 he took me and 5 other players to attend trials at Bree Primary School. Three of us were successful, and I joined Bree in January 2014." The youngster has settled into the school well and has made many new friends and credits the success of the team to the dedication of the principal. "It's been great being a part of the school and I have adjusted very well. Kalicharan loves soccer and makes sure that we participate in different tournaments. He is very dedicated." Playing in the Danone Nations Cup national nals is seen by Tshegofatso as one of the highlights of his life to date. "On that day we were lled with so many emotions; happy, excited, scared and intimidated. The nal was against Nelson Mandela and from the start of the game I knew that we were going to win. They were a very strong team, but we were stronger and

hungrier than they were. Winning the nationals made me realise how much I love soccer and how important it is to work hard." The world nals are a different ball game, Tshegofatso knows. "We will be laying against the best schools from different countries. There is a lot of pressure on us as everyone wants us to reach the same heights at the 2009 team that won the World Finals. Our biggest advantage is the fact that our coach was at the world nals and has seen how different countries play soccer." Tshegofatso is looking forward to exploring Morocco. "I have never heard of the country before. I want to have fun and enjoy myself the entire time that I am there." On his return from Morocco the youngster is hoping to be signed by an academy that will take him a step closer to playing soccer

professionally one day. "Soccer is my passion and I denitely want to make a career out of it

and I know that there are plenty of scouts out there that come and see our games."

BAROKA START A NEW SEASON WELL BAROKA FC ended the weekend in second spot on the NFD table after picking up a 1-0 win away at home to Mbombela United at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium last Sunday. After a goal-less rst half in Polokwane, a second half strike by Thabiso Kutumela, his third goal in two matches, secured maximum points for the Limpopo club. Following their 3-2 win over Santos the previous weekend, Baroka are along with Cape Town All Stars the only two sides in the NFD to have a 100 percent record after two matches. Santos meanwhile were in involved in a Cape derby over at Vasco da Gama, the match

ending 1-1 after the Peoples' Team had mounted a second half come-back. On a cold and windy afternoon in Parow, the match was played at a blistering pace from the outset, the home side having the rst good chance on goal through Jonathan Armogam, who was however unable to nd the nishing touch on 10 minutes. But Vasco were to take the lead after 26 minute when Nathan Gertse swopped to score from close range after Ritchie Sebastio's header had initially been saved by Santos goalkeeper Keenon Blignaut. The Peoples' Team were back in the game in the 66th minute when Suhayl Allie put a beautifully ighted free kick

past Stephen Hoffman. This allowed Zeca Marques side to gain the upper-hand, pouring numbers forward as Vasco found themselves under increasing pressure. The hosts were to see Sebastio red carded in the 80th minute, but were able to hang on for the win. Up in Mpumalanga, Witbank Spurs earned their rst point of the season after picking up a 0-0 draw against Highlands Park at the Themba Senamela Stadium Spurs had Zama Dlamini to thank for the point earned, the goalkeeper making a 50th minute penalty save before going on to make a couple more crucial blocks later in the match.

The match between African Warriors and Black Leopards at the Charles Mopeli Stadium ended by the same score-line, the result leaving both sides o n fo u r p o i n ts fro m tw o matches after opening weekend wins.

ALL STARS TAKE AN EARLY NFD LEAD CAPE Town All Stars ensured that they have a 100 percent win record after two matches played, following their 1-0 win over Royal Eagles at the King Zwelithini Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Igugu Lekapa had to work hard for the three points, and were indebted to their goalkeeper Kyle Peters for making a rst half penalty save as the teams went into the break in Umlazi locked at 0-0. The only goal of the game came midway through the second half and was scored by new signing Thembinksosi Lorch, who headed home Houston Hills' delivery.. In another NFD match played in KZN on Saturday, Thanda Royal Zulu and AmaZulu and to settle for a 0-0 draw Up in Gauteng, Moroka

Swallows bounced back from last week's 2-0 loss to All Stars when they edged out FC Cape Town 1-0 at Dobsonville, the goal coming from Siyabonga Nomvethe. Also getting their rst points on the board this season were Milano, who beat Mthatha Bucks 2-0 at the Blue Downs Stadium. The hosts opened the scoring on 51 minutes through Lesvin Stoffels, with Gregory Roelf netting deep in added time to seal victory.

AJAX THROUGH TO MTN8 FINAL

AJAX Cape Town booked their place in the MTN8 nal with a 1-0 win over Bidvest Wits at Bidvest Stadium in Johannesburg over this past weekend. With the game deadlocked at 1-1 after the rst-leg, Ajax had it all to do in the return xture, but their task was made easier after Siyabonga Nhlapo saw red in the early exchanges of the encounter. Nathan Paulse converted the penalty and the forward should have wrapped up the game in the second-half, missing a catalogue of chances before Cecil Lolo saw his spot-kick saved by Moeneeb Josephs. In the end it didn't matter as the Urban Warriors denied Wits the opportunity to end their 20 year wait to reach the top eight nal once again. Both teams suffered injury blows leading up to the clash with Buhle Mkhwanazi taking over the captains armband

from the injured Thulani Hlatshwayo while the free scoring Prince Nxumalo was omitted from the Ajax squad after he was hospitalized on Sunday morning after suffering a reported epileptic attack. The hosts got off to the brighter start with Onismor Bhasera guiding his chance from close range over Anssi Jaakkola's crossbar within three minutes. The bounce of the ball unsettled the fullback who should've hit the target, lucky for him the assistants ag was raised for offside. Daine Klate and Elias Pelembe have enjoyed a good start to their Bidvest Wits career and the duo linked up well on 16 minutes with the former Orlando Pirates man picking out his fellow winger at the far post - the Mozambique international guiding his rst time shot straight at the Ajax stopper. It would be Ajax though to

open the scoring against the run of play following a foul on Toriq Losper inside the area Siyabonga Nhlapo subsequently sent for an early shower after he bundled down the former Clever Boy who was clear in at goal. Paulse duly stepped up to open the scoring in the 25th minute. Despite their man disadvantage the hosts had their chances with Joaquim Lupeta missing a golden chance to immediately make a name for himself a the club in the 37th minute. Moments after replacing the injured Henrico Botes, the ball fell favourble inside the area for Lupeta, but the burly striker scuffed his shot from close range. Klate would then see his rasping free-kick from an acute angle superbly kept out by Jaakkola on the cusp of halftime as the Urban Warriors headed into the

tunnel at the break in the ascendancy. Bidvest Wits continued to dominate proceedings after the interval with Ajax content in hitting their outnumbered hosts on the counter. Ajax though had their chances to put the game to bed with Ruzaigh Gamildien's cross-cum-shot almost getting the better of Josephs in the end the veteran gloves man made a great save to deny the Ajax midelder in the 67th minute. Paulse had a string of opportunities to complete his brace with the best of those chances coming in the 78th minute. The lanky forward outsmarted Josephs, but failed to his the target with the goal at his mercy. Ajax then had a chance to wrap things up from 12 yards after the hard working Losper was brought down by Ben Motshwari with four minutes remaining, but Lolo's penalty was saved by Josephs who single-handedly kept the Clever Boys in the game. In the end Ajax held on to book their place in the nal for the rst time since 2009. Bidvest Wits (0) 0 Ajax Cape Town (1) 0 (Paulse 25') Bidvest Wits: Josephs; Bhasera, Mkhwanazi, Ntshangase, Nhlapo, Motshwari, Faty, Vilakazi, Pelembe (Mahlambi 63'), Klate (Bright 66'), Botes (Lupeta 36') Ajax Cape Town: Jaakkola; Lolo, Mobara, Coetzee, Lebusa, Mdabuka, Mzwakali (Gamildien 65'),Graham, Norodien (Cale 74'), Losper, Paulse

CHIEFS TO DEFEND MTN8 TITLE GEORGE Lebese's rst half strike helped Kaizer Chiefs beat Bloemfontein Celtic 1-0 in the MTN8 Cup seminal second leg at FNB Stadium last weekend. The rst leg ended 1-1 in Bloemfontein. Although the visitors s t a r t e d b r i g h t l y, Siwelele had a number of clear cut s c o r i n g opportunities but failed to convert. Amakhosi enjoyed ball possession but the likes of Mthokozisi Dube and Musa Bilankulu were solid at the back for Celtic. However, it was a great combination by Celtic's men down the right ank when Thapelo Morena received a good pass only for Itumeleng Khune to read the situation and clear the danger. The rivalry between Bilankulu and Siphelele Mthembu continued as the former committed a foul and Amakhosi had a set piece; skipper Siphiwe Tshabalala's delivery was dangerous, but Patrick Tignyemb punched it

away. In the 19th minute, Siwelele could've changed the game when Keagan Buchanan was set up by Musa Nyatama, however, he missed with only Khune to beat as his shot went wide of the goal. But towards halftime, Lebese exchanged passes with Mthembu which allowed him to take a shot and beat the Cameroonian 'keeper to open the scoring for the hosts. Amakhosi came back stronger in the second stanza as they kept Siwelele under pressure, with Willard Katsande coming close to a second goal in the 59th minute. T h r e e m i n u t e s l a t e r, Phunya Sele Sele could've settled the score when Nyatama broke free only to re a weak shot on goal and Khune collected with ease.

In retaliation, Steve Komphela's men created a good chance when Siboniso Gaxa's attempt brought out a fantastic save from Tignyemb to deny the right back from close range. The hosts kept the visitors under constant pressure and with just under twenty minutes t o g o , Ts e p o M a s i l e l a ' s header was saved by Tignyemb who made a double save as he continued to shine between the goalposts. As the clock was slowly moving against Celtic, they resorted to long balls into the box and Khune commanded the penalty area with ease. Clinton Larsen tried all he could to motivate his troops but it wasn't meant to be for the Free Staters. In the dying minutes of the tie, skipper Tshabalala missed a chance to score as

Komphela's men made it through to the nal and will wait for the winner between Bidvest Wits and Ajax Cape Town on Sunday afternoon. FIVE DOOR CORSA SPORT JOINS OPEL'S

A resurgent Opel continues with its new product offensive which began locally in January this year with the introduction of the Opel ADAM and the Opel Corsa in February and the Opel Mokka in March. The next addition to the new Germans is a derivative of the new Opel Corsa, a 5 door 110 kW hatchback aimed at the enthusiastic driver. The Corsa Sport slots in just above three-cylinder 1.0 Litre turbocharged Cosmo model and rounds off a Corsa line-up of ve models; namely the 1.0T Cosmo, 1.0T ecoFLEX Enjoy, 1.0T Essentia and 1.4 six speed Automatic. The new model is a dynamic and versatile hatch equipped with a 1.4 turbocharged ecoTEC engine boasting a 110 kW @5000 RPM and 220 Nm of torque @3 000 RPM. The 1.4 Turbo weighs just 118 kg and features a cast iron block and aluminium cylinder head. "Opel's engineers have done an outstanding job with Corsa Sport. It's an exciting vehicle which looks good without being over the top and of course the driving dynamics exhibit the key characteristics we have come to expect of all our new Germans," said Christopher Cradock, Opel Brand Manager. NEW STATE OF THE ART DRIVETRAIN The Corsa 1.4T Sport is equipped with the latest engine from Opel's ecoTEC family of small petrol engines. Combining both performance and efciency, the

engine propels the Corsa from a standing start to 0-100 km/h in 9.6 seconds, with a top speed of 204 km/h. The 1.4T Sport's tested fuel consumption is consumption 7.4 litres per 100 kilometres (urban cycle); 5.1 litres (extra urban) and 5.9 litres per 100 kilometres on the combined cycle. Some of the engine's notable features include 16 valve cylinder head with natrium cooled exhaust valves which allow for increased airow, optimized inlet port, reduced component temperatures thereby increasing performance. Another key feature of this engine is Double CamPhaser (D CVCP) for increased airow and optimized valve timing. This feature allows for reduced fuel consumption and increased performance. Furthermore as is the trend with Opel for downsizing engines, turbocharging is used to create low end torque enabling longer ratios to reduce fuel consumption and increase driver enjoyment. Fuel consumption is further reduced by optimizing oil pressure, reducing friction and controlling engine heat up and cooling. The Corsa Sport comes with a six speed manual transmission with synchronised gears, including reverse, with short shift travel. The gearbox has a cable shift system for improved shiftability, sync reverse gear, hydraulic clutch actuation, and low viscosity oil.

DYNAMIC HANDLING AND PERFORMANCE To further optimize the ride and handling performance of the Corsa, the front suspension geometry has been optimized via changes on the front knuckle to improve vehicle roll behaviour, steering response and u n d e r s t e e r b e h a v i o u r. T h e vehicle has a lower centre of gravity, and front spring rates adapted to axle loads to improve vehicle ride and pitch behaviour. The changes are engineered to offer a signicant improvement in ride, more stable and safe handling, better steering feel and precision as well as an improved NVH-behaviour. To further improve renement, the new Corsa has a Neutral To r q u e A x i s ( N TA ) e n g i n e mounting system with two load carrying mounts to the body and one torque mount attached to the sub frame. This system contributes to the driving comfort, improves fuel economy since idle can be lowered, has excellent idle shake insulation performance and improves the NVH behaviour. SPORTY LOOK AND REVOLUTIONARY INTERIOR DESIGN The 2015 Corsa Sport comes with subtle OPC_Line Kit addons for customers who want to show their sporty ambitions. With access to a global network of 70 000 radio stations, the TuneIn app has the power to offer entertainment to suit the tastes of every listener. This makes it possible for drivers to make calls, play music, send and receive messages and emails with received messages read out aloud, and access calendar functions like set alarms, check reminders or respond to meeting requests - all with their eyes on the road and hand on the wheel.

Straight line Stability (SLS) and Brake Assist System (BAS), is a braking technology that increases braking pressure in an emergency situation. BAS is designed to give the driver a higher deceleration gain than would be possible from the regular brake system booster. The ESP integrated BAS is a rst rate technology to full the coming regulations for pedestrian protection. Even unskilled drivers can achieve shorter braking distances under all circumstances. Additional Driver Assistance features included as part of the option pack: The new Corsa not only offers a new driving experience with improved comfort and precision thanks to its new chassis and steering systems - it also makes driving easier and safer with advanced assistance systems. Particularly in hectic city driving conditions, they help the driver in a variety of ways. At the touch of a button, the standard-tment City Mode increases power assistance at lower speeds, which is particularly useful when manoeuvring in congested urban areas. Many of the Corsa Sport's driver assistance systems are unrivalled in its class. These i n c l u d e 2 5 Wa t t b i - x e n o n headlamps with cornering light control and LED daytime running lights. The static cornering lights are triggered when the indicators are activated or when reverse gear is selected, providing added illumination of corners and obstacles. This impressive system, that so far has only been available in vehicles in higher segments, offers improved lighting range, brightness and colour intensity - a decisive plus for visibility and safety. In addition, it offers lower power consumption and a much longer service life. The bi-xenon headlights are mated to an autodimming interior mirror, rainsensing wipers and automatic headlight control. Opel's new-generation Advanced Park Assist 2

(APA2), available as an option on Enjoy, Cosmo derivatives and Sport, identies suitable parking spaces under 30 km/h and automatically parks the vehicle, without the driver touching the wheel. The ultrasonic sensorbased system, which uses front and rear parking sensors and a rear-view camera, measures parallel or perpendicular parking spots, calculates the vehicle's trajectory and automatically steers the Corsa into a space. The driver just controls acceleration, deceleration and gear selection. APA2 partners with Side Blind Spot Alert, which also uses the ultrasonic sensors to warn the driver of an imminent collision when changing lanes. The sensors have a range of three metres to the left and right of the car, enabling them to detect objects or other vehicles in the driver's blind spot. Whenever another vehicle comes within range of the sensors, a warning LED illuminates in the relevant exterior door mirror. Impressively, the system is active up to 140 km/h. The Corsa Sport has six airbags and a 5 Star NCAP safety MORE CONNECTIVITY AND CONVENIENCE FOR MEANINGFUL INNOVATION Opel's award-winning IntelliLink infotainment system, which brings the connected world of

BringGo solely uses the smartphone's GPS to locate the Corsa. BringGo also provides functionality for live trafc updates, accident information, Points of Interest (POIs) and Google search. The Stitcher app is a useful global podcast internet radio service which lets users listen to programmes live, or after they have been broadcast. BAFANA TO SEE OFF SENEGAL AT ORLANDO

BAFANA Bafana will play the Teranga Lions of Senegal in the 21st Edition of the Nelson Mandela Challenge on September 8. Kick-Off at the Orlando Stadium will be at 7pm. The annual Nelson Mandela Challenge is one way of honouring the late father of the nation President Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela's nationbuilding efforts as well as the football fraternity's yearly pledge to the cause of children. Last year, South Africa met and beat Ivory Coast 2-0 in the Nelson Mandela Challenge match and in keeping up with the tradition of bringing top sides, Senegal and Bafana Bafana will do the honours this year. SAFA President, Dr Danny Jordaan said it was an honour

to welcome the Teranga Lions to our shores for this worthy cause. “As we welcome Senegal to our shores, we must be mindful of what this annual event stands for keeping the Madiba legacy by paying particular attention to something that was close to his heart, the well-being of the children. Through this annual event, we believe we are reliving what he really c h e r i s h e d , ” s a i d S A FA President Dr. Danny Jordaan. To add cherry on top is the fact that the annual nancial contribution of R1 million going to the Children's Fund has been increased to 1,5 million going forward. Sibongile Mkhabela, CEO of the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund says the annual tournament will be

celebrating the 20-year existence in style. “From the rst game that South Africa played against Zambia at the FNB Stadium in 1994, to the very last one against Cote d'Ivoire at Mbombela Stadium in Mpumalanga last year, the Nelson Mandela Challenge has been a 20-year journey that has seen the Fund and SAFA being fellow travelers to raise awareness for the cause of children, bring cheer to the football-loving community and celebrating Madiba's legacy,” said Mkhabela. “A nation that works, dreams, plays and lls sports elds with cheering fans and shining stars but never forgets to spare a thought for its children, is the one that Madiba established the Fund for. Every edition of Nelson

Mandela Challenge is a reminder that there is no better foundation for any nation that its children. We are deeply honoured that every stakeholder that never tires to make this tournament possible, subscribes to the joy of making children's life a celebration.” Tickets are selling for R60 throughout the stadium and can be purchased at Computicket outlets, Shoprite and Shoprite Checkers stores throughout the country.
