This exclusive hospitality facility features a sumptuous buffet, complimentary bar and private gardens where guests can relax and unwind. It is the perfect base for soaking up the magic of the Wimbledon fortnight and is only a short walk from reserved seats on Wimbledon’s most prestigious courts. If guests would prefer to experience our à la carte fine dining restaurant then they can simply upgrade to the Village Suite for a VIP hospitality experience which includes, champagne throughout the day, cocktails at the garden bar, entertainment along with a live kitchen experience.

The Booking Process 1. Given the time difference in many countries we like to be as flexible as possible. Bearing this in mind you are able to use the attached booking form to complete your own orders. Please fill this in as per the example and return a signed copy to sales@sportsworld.co.uk 2. Once we have received your signed booking form we will double check availability and send you a confirmation email - once you have received this email you are able to confirm the booking with your client 3. Sportsworld will issue invoice(s) in line with our payment terms - 50% deposit within 10WD from invoice followed by a final balance payment of 50% due no later than Monday 1st April 2015. Any bookings made after this date must be paid in full within 10WD 4. Please ensure you read the attached terms and conditions carefully, these apply to each booking you make 5. All correspondence is between Sportsworld and the booking agent, it is up to you to pass on relevant event/travel information to your clients and to provide Sportsworld with the passenger names and any further information
