MOMS DON’T HAVE TIME TO READ BOOKS WITH ZIBBY OWENS

Powerhouse Zibby Owens, founder of her own media company, is a writer and the host of this award-winning podcast. She has become the No. 1 cheerleader for authors and created a supportive community to promote their craft. Owens has magically made the connection to books and to one another. In this crowded space, she navigates us through the creative process and consistently offers winning book recommendations. In her engaging and sweet style, Owens has interviewed more than 900 guests, including both world-famous authors and first-time novelists. Her excitement about the stories and writers makes you want to start reading ASAP.

ON PURPOSE WITH JAY SHETTY

The most famous former Hindu monk and New York Times best-selling author of the book Think Like a Monk, Jay Shetty calls himself a purpose coach as his goal is to help people pursue their passions. He takes his wisdom from past learnings and turns them into an entertaining podcast that his listeners can relate to. On recent shows, Shetty, who grew up in North London, has had engaging conversations with celebrities such as John Legend (talking about growing from grief), Selena Gomez (on befriending your inner critic), and Kendall Jenner (on setting boundaries). New episodes drop Mondays and Fridays, so you know that at least twice a week you’ll walk away with some pearls of wisdom.

GO ASK ALI

Host Ali Wentworth is an actress, producer, and comedian married to GMA co-anchor George Stephanopoulos. Fun fact: Her mother was Nancy Reagan’s social secretary. Wentworth is truthful, humorous, and never shy. Her conversations are engaging, witty, and at times outrageous. She talks frankly about everything you can imagine. Episodes with her friends Julia Roberts and Brooke Shields are like two girlfriends dishing at the kitchen table. And we love being a part of it!

CLIMBING IN HEELS WITH RACHEL ZOE

Businesswoman Rachel Zoe is the most stylish workaholic, balancing her great marriage and adorable sons. She recently created Curateur, a luxury subscription service that highlights all the things she covets. We loved her former podcast with husband Rodger Berman, so we’re equally obsessed with this new femalepowered show focusing on top industry women who have climbed their way to success. Zoe has insightful conversations with the likes of Iman, Monique Lhuillier, and Tinx, among others.

HIGH LOW WITH EMRATA

Model and actress Emily Ratajkowski recently debuted this fun and hip podcast. She’s having great conversations about current events with bigname celebrities and personal friends. Recent guests have included actress Julia Fox and “Call Her Daddy” podcast host Alex Cooper. EmRata drops two podcasts a week, but you can get a third by subscription that is exclusive and lets you participate in the conversation. Rest assured that if you post comments, Ratajkowski is reading them.

ALL THERE IS WITH ANDERSON COOPER

Anderson Cooper, the anchor of CNN’s 360°, is also the son of legendary designer Gloria Vanderbilt. Following her death in 2019, he had the task of sorting through her personal belongings. Cooper decided to launch this podcast as a way to deal with the bittersweet emotions he was feeling. The answer was to have meaningful conversations with guests, including Stephen Colbert, Molly Shannon, and Laurie Anderson, who have experienced different types of loss and to learn from one another. ■
