Welcome home A tradition of hospitality The Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern opened its doors in 1845 and has been owned by the Hauser family since 1861. Patrick and Michael Hauser are the fifth generation to run the hotel. They inherited the tradition of hospitality and, together with Hotel Director Clemens Hunziker and team, they endeavour to put it into practice in the highest sense of the world. The hotel itself is a historical building with historical décor, an ultramodern infrastructure and, naturally, the high aspiration of “Empathy & Excellence”.

Zeugheer Hall On 1 June 1865, when the ballroom designed by Leonhard Zeugheer (1812 -1866) first opened its doors, Empress Eugénie, wife of Napoleon III, praised it saying that there was no prettier ballroom in all of France. Not much has changed since then, and today more than ever the hall exudes the splendour of the new renaissance style. But warn your speakers: the beauty of the Zeugheer Hall can leave one speechless!

Bringolf Hall This wonderful hall, completed in 1887, was designed by the court architect Arnold Bringolf-Hauser (1851-1946) and is suited for a variety of events. Situated adjacent to the Zeugheer Hall, Winter Garden, the Gold Room and both restaurants, it can also accommodate large banquets of up to 800 guests.
