Spring Hill’s Stan Galle Field is the oldest continuously used collegiate baseball field in the country, having been graced by athletes like Willie Mays and Mobile native Hank Aaron. Home run hero Babe Ruth visited the campus in 1924 and took a few swings on Stan Galle Field.

a winning seat at the Oscars matt d’arrigo ’95, San Diego, CA Matt D’Arrigo founded ARTS (A Reason To Survive) in San Diego in 2001. The nonprofit organization offers programs in visual and performing arts for youth who are experiencing challenges, including homelessness, domestic violence, poverty, illness, or physical and mental disabilities. In 2009, filmmakers Sean and Andrea Fine made a documentary about Inocente Izucar, a teenage artist from ARTS who had been homeless for the last nine years.
