My work is inspired by nature, flowers, and plants. Pieces are created predominantly in gold and silver wires, small cast components, and saw-pierced details. I enjoy using stone setting and Plique a Jour enamelling within my work, to play with light refraction and texture.

What to expect: Visitors will be able to see a 'behind the scenes' work environment. I will have a variety of tools, sketchbooks, samples, works-in-progress, current collections and new pieces of work. There will be short videos demonstrating some of my making process and specific techniques.

Primarily I am a painter of abstract interpretations of my surroundings. But I am also constantly playing around with how I can use local materials I have collected and processed, including grasses, seaweeds, earths and rocks, washed-up beach rubbish.

What to expect: You can see finished paintings and also a range of objects and materials I am currently working on, from corded grass netting to sewn seaweed baskets. And you can visit the garden and seashore where I have collected them.
