I paint mainly using water-based pigments transcribing the chosen idiom in a bold bright and expressive style. I am influenced and informed by past icons such as Cezanne and Matisse.
What to expect: My studio will reflect my working practice. All my tools such as brushes, paints, paper, photographs, books, studioartefacts glass that inspire and develop my work will be visible. There will be finished and in-progress work on and off easels as well as textile mixed media projects.

I'm a professional painter and a member of the Society of Women Artists and regularly exhibit in London at The Mall Galleries, Gallery Different, Art Fairs, The Whitehouse Gallery (Kirkcudbright), Edinburgh Art Fair, Scottish Royal Academy.
What to expect: My paintings fall into 2 categories: studio paintings mainly involve working from my imagination, often with narrative undertones; and my en plein-air paintings fuel this output. I enjoy both aspects and each is important in developing my practice. Expect to see experimental and traditional paintings.
