Public Notice is herewith given that I, Chuck Broerman, will, according to Colorado Revised Statute 39-10-111.5, administer a closed sale, in the El Paso County Treasurer's Office, 1675 Garden of the Gods Road, Colorado Springs, Colorado on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, commencing at the hour of 9:00 a.m., against all of the following listed manufactured (mobile) homes classified as personal property, located in El Paso County on which property taxes for the indicated years remain unpaid at the close of business on November 14, 2023. For each manufactured (mobile) home, subject to the statutory redemption period, I will issue a certificate of sale to El Paso County for the delinquent property taxes, late payment interest, advertising costs, charges and fees due at the time of sale.
