On behalf of the Housing & Building Association ( HBA ) of Colorado Springs and our members, I would like to personally welcome you to the 2023 HBA Parade of Homes. This is an exciting time for our organization as we continue to grow and support the housing and building industry in El Paso County.

The HBA promotes policies to ensure the construction of safe and attainable housing. Our organization is proud to play an important role in strengthening the Colorado Springs community and bringing you the Parade of Homes. Whether you are currently in the market for a new home or here for future design ideas and inspiration, we are glad you have chosen to be a part of the 2023 Parade.

The HBA is your advocate for keeping home prices attainable. We work with other local associations, nonprofits and municipalities to lead and participate in bringing handson experience to conversations on housing attainability while advocating for market-driven solutions that address the need for housing in our community.

We also contribute to the community through our Careers in Construction Colorado (CICC ) program, HBA Cares and our Leadership Development program. The CICC program is currently in 18 high schools and two middle schools in El Paso County where more than 1000 students are participating. Students are learning important life skills and our industry is hiring these students for meaningful career opportunities! HBA Cares enables our members to give back to the community by partnering with other nonprofit organizations, engaging industry resources to support transitional and accessible housing, along with other community projects. And our Leadership Development program continues to engage the next generation of industry leaders to teach them the importance of the industry and enable them to become a vital part of the Association and our community.

As a member trade association, the HBA also offers education and training opportunities that our members need to help them stay safe, competitive and current in their businesses. We offer events such as the Parade of Homes to

enable our members to showcase their homes, products and services to you, the public, so that you can see the latest in design and building trends in-person.

The drawing will be held within 14 days following the last day of the Parade of Homes. An HBA representative, in the presence of at least two witnesses, will draw the winning ticket.

NOTIFICATION

The winner will be contacted via the phone number on the online submittal. If there is no phone number or the phone number is not in service, the ticket will be deemed invalid and tickets will continue to be drawn until a valid ticket is selected. An HBA representative will call the phone number on the winning ticket and leave a message or, if there is no answering machine or similar method to leave a message, keep trying to reach the winner for 10 days. If no contact is established in 10 days, a new winner will be selected. The winner has 30 days to claim the prize by contacting the HBA office at 719-592-1800, 4585 Hilton Parkway, Suite 100, Colorado Springs, CO 80907.
