Lots are being released in phases and the buyer then chooses from one of two floorplans, The Haven or The Mesa, to be built by C.R. Shea, which offer various elevations and configurations.

The Retreat is being developed with buyer’s needs, desires and feedback in mind. “We have heard from many of our past customers and current clients that they just can’t find a custom ranch style home that allows for one-level living that isn’t huge,” said Charlie Shea who with his wife, Nancy, are the owners of C.R.
