Each of the 16 lots have been sited to take advantage of the unique views or amenities that Kissing Camels has to offer. Buyers will purchase a lot from C.R. Shea Homes with initial lot prices ranging from $145,000 – $175,000 in Phase 1 of the The Retreat. Lots will be released in phases and the buyer can then choose from one of two models, The Haven or The Mesa, to be built by C.R. Shea, which offer general elevations and floor plans. Kevin Patterson, owner of The Patterson Group and a leader in luxury home sales, is handling the marketing and sales of The Retreat at Kissing Camels. “Many Buyers we talk to have reached a point in their lives where they are seeking a flexible floor plan with the ability to live on one level and not have to clean / care for lots of space they don’t need or use,” said Kevin Patterson. Both The Haven and The Mesa plans offer 2 bedrooms on the main level, a study or office, covered patio, entry

courtyards, custom details throughout and an oversized 2 car garage. Another common home buyer request is lawn care or provided exterior maintenance. “Many buyers desire to reduce the time they spend on yard care or exterior maintenance,” said Patterson. “They want their time back to enjoy their weekends and explore Colorado.” Particularly in the higher end price range, time is the buyer’s most valuable commodity. With that in mind, Shea designed the homes to have stucco exteriors with natural stone accents and concrete tile roofs. Each of the homes will be part of an HOA that will assist with maintenance to include lawn care, snow removal and property insurance. The Haven features 2,162 sq. ft. on the main level with such custom touches as granite counters, Kitchen Aid appliances, designer themed interiors and finishes, hardwood flooring and knotty alder solid doors. The Mesa is slightly larger at 2,300 sq. ft. and includes all the custom features found in The Haven plan with a slightly more open living feel. The Mesa starting price is $545,000 plus the lot.
