W H AT ’ S H A P P E N I N G W I T H THE DOWNTOWN REAL E S TAT E M A R K E T ? Demand for housing continues, and there’s virtually no supply. I see a lot of opportunity in bringing new inventory and new real estate services to the market, and I’m dedicating time to research these opportunities.

WHY WORK WITH SPRINKMAN? I’ve been collaborating with Shelly for years on real estate transactions. She’s at the top of her game. Shelly’s incredibly professional, works with integrity, and offers, in my opinion, the best real estate marketing services in the industry. If I wasn’t a real estate broker, I’d sell through her. It was a no brainer to merge my downtown brokerage services with her company.
LET’S CONNECT SOON! ARE YOU STILL WORKING WITH SELLERS AND BUYERS? Yes, as a part of the SPRINKMAN+DINES DOWNTOWN team. I’m involved up front in meeting buyers and sellers and laying out a plan for their needs consistent with my knowledge of the downtown market. Then Shelly’s team brings their expertise in managing the buying and selling experience. From a business perspective, Shelly leads the OPERATIONS for real estate, and I champion STRATEGY and NEW DEVELOPMENT.
ANY FINAL THOUGHTS? We have work to do, and we’re excited about it. We have an expanded team of agents ready to offer the best in real estate services for downtown sellers, buyers and developers. And we’re looking strategically at the market, and at the needs of different segments within it, levering our expertise to bring new ideas to life. Sprinkman’s motto is “Rethinking Real Estate”. That pretty much sums it up for us.
