Section 2b: Needs Assessment Description

The needs assessment consisted of 25 questions. The questions were multiple choice, check all that apply, open ended, and short statement questions on the survey. The survey took about 30 – 35 minutes to complete on average.

The surveys were conducted via phone interview with our Tribal participants. If the interview was conducted via Teams, then the interviews were recorded (with the participants consent). The phone interviews allowed us to dive into each question and response in a deeper, more comprehensive manner.
