STORY

I think what most people don’t realize is that we’re more than bowls. We’re about great cooking systems to make fast, healthy meals for the family. Our Pressure Cooker, MicroPro Grill and the 4-in-1 Smart Multi-Cooker are all quick and easy to use—even for people who don’t feel comfortable or confident in the kitchen. A lot of the younger people I meet don’t know how to cook and our products make it easier for them to make fast, easy meals for the family.

I was working as an actor in Hollywood and was looking for extra income. So I signed up with Tupperware and used a character, Dee W. Ieye to sell. I was really doing a show and I did that for many years.

However, my first party didn’t go very well—there were two people there.

But soon after, I was at a business meeting watching another team member sitting on the floor, endorsing a stack of checks. And I

remember thinking, “I want that.” I wanted to sit on the floor endorsing stacks and stacks of checks! Having that vision got me through any challenging time in my business because I knew what was possible.

Then, I moved home to Ohio and changed my focus to be more about building my team and offering the Tupperware opportunity. I’ve reinvented myself with Tupperware.

I have stepped out from my

persona and offer cooking classes as myself—Cooking Classes with Kevin.

When I first came in to Tupperware, I didn’t know how to talk about the product or really have the confidence to sell. Now that’s my focus—to help someone discover their own confidence to get out of the house, talk about the products and change people’s lives while you’re changing your own.
