How To Decorate With Neutrals We talked much about adding color and creating bright home decor. But if you like more pastel and neutral designs here are some tips on how to decorate with neutrals. Neutrals are great for setting a calm mood in the room. They are also great for creating cozy and warm interior. Here are some tips on how to create a stylish decor in neutrals.

Choose Color Scheme Choose a color scheme that will be used in the room. Opt for interesting neutrals. Not simply gray, white or black. Go for grayish blue, brown and purple based grays, gray-based whites and green with mustard or blue undertones. Choose a paler or more intense shade or other neutral to mix with with the main color. This will make the room more interesting and diverse.

Highlights

Accents

Avant-Garde Apartments Feature The Latest Lines And Lighting.

To make the room more interesting add accents and accessories. Opt for deeper shades of colors that are used in the color scheme and use them to add accents to the decor. This will make the room more stylish, finished and cozy. Bold accents also stand out greatly from the neutral-based color scheme like bright pink or yellow in a black and white room. Think artworks, accessories, decorations and small furniture items as accents.

Brighten Up

A living a workplace combination with monochromatic industrial style decor, located in Poland.

If the all-neutral color scheme doesn’t work for you opt for neutrals only in walls or only in furniture. Thus the brights and neutrals will balance each other. Mix and match the right brights and neutrals into a unique color scheme.

You may use the additional neutral(s) to highlight the architectural details like doorways and trim work. It will make them standout while these neutral(s) will contrast with the main neutral color of your choice.

The house is very modern and features a lovely garden that rises towards its rooftop, thus embellishing all of the home’s storeys with beautiful plants that can be admired from everywhere throughout the home, including from the bathrooms. The rooftop pool invites the inhabitants to relax and have a wonderful time while also enjoying the outstanding views over the green landscape and near-by houses. Classic sneakers are the kind of shoes that can be worn with anything. We're talking about a basic, low-cut lace-up without any glitz that delivers a wholesome serving of understated style. Think about the timelessness of a basic Converse lace-up. One simple color goes with everything from jeans to a tailored trouser. You can dress it up with a blazer or keep it totally easy with a pair of shorts to beat the summer heat.

Sneaker Style Sneakers go back a long way. In the late 18th century, people wore rubber soled shoes called plimsolls, but they were pretty crude—for one thing, there was no right foot or left foot. Around 1892, the U.S. Rubber Company came up with more comfortable rubber sneakers with canvas tops, called Keds. By 1917, these sneakers began to be mass produced. (They got the nickname sneakers because they were so quiet, a person wearing them could sneak up on someone.) That same year, Marquis Converse produced the first shoe made just for basketball, called Converse All-Stars. In 1923, an Indiana hoops star named Chuck Taylor endorsed the shoes, and they became known as Chuck Taylor All-Stars. These are the best-selling basketball shoes of all time. Sneakers went international in 1924. That's when a German man named Adi Dassler created a sneaker that he named after himself: Adidas. This brand became the most popular athletic shoe in the world. Track star Jessie Owens wore Adidas when he won four gold medals at the 1936 Olympics. Aid's brother Rudi started up another famous sports shoe company: Puma. 01 | Aug 2014 | www.bharathiesolutions.com

Do skip the visible socks

Don't leave the court High-tops have slowly made their way onto the streets in every offensive way possible — from pairings with shrunken hipster skinny jeans to hip-hop jean shorts big enough to fit a family of four. If you're going to get active, you can pick a pair of b-ball shoes that don't sacrifice fashion for function. When you're done playing games, leave the shoes in the locker room.

Socks and sneakers seem like a match made in heaven. Feet can be gnarly as it is, and if you lead an active lifestyle, shoving your foot into a sneaker without socks can turn things into a sweaty mess that OdorEaters wouldn't stand a chance against. Visible ankle socks — or even worse, tube socks — can turn an otherwise mature, cohesive look into something befitting a kindergartner. In a day and age where we can clone sheep or broadcast our lives to the world with the click of a button, there is indeed a solution: low-cut socks that are unseen to the naked eye. The invisible sock concept is pretty simple, but it makes a huge difference.

Do stick with the classics

Don't go for hybrids

Classic sneakers are the kind of shoes that can be worn with anything. We're talking about a basic, low-cut lace-up without any glitz that delivers a wholesome serving of understated style. Think about the timelessness of a basic Converse lace-up. One simple color goes with everything from jeans to a tailored trouser. You can dress it up with a blazer or keep it totally easy with a pair of shorts to beat the summer heat.

Hybrid cars: yes. Hybrid sneakers: no. The combination of a sneaker and a dress shoe ends up looking like a clunky block of wood that's been hermetically sealed to your ankle. With hefty leathers and lug soles thick enough for a North Pole expedition, these shoes attempt to masquerade as something more sophisticated. They're the kind of shoes you see clueless frat boys wearing to their first job interview. This is one fashion mistake you can't afford to make.

Yama Satyanarayana - Teacher

Teaching profession is said to be the best of all professions because a teacher himself /herself has to be role model as he /she himself as to follow all the qualities which children are expected to learn and exhibit.

TEACHERS PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT "A teacher is always learner from his/her experiences, in-service training are a part of their learning process. Teacher must have a positive approach towards in service trainings. Then only they succeed in their profession and can get good respect in society the aim of education is to achieve social development, so here importance comes back to teachers has they are the persons who educate the children who are going to be the future citizen. The teacher must bring about all round

development through hard work and dedication and for this hard work they need professional ethics, simplicity and dedication towards their profession. This qualities they could achieve through great personalities such as DR Servepalli Radha Krishnan. A teacher himself must be a student because along with the changing circumstances these days to cope up the children .Teaching profession is said to be the best of all professions because a teacher himself /herself has to be role model as he /she 01 | Aug 2014 | www.bharathiesolutions.com

himself as to follow all the qualities which children are expected to learn and exhibit." Today's teachers have many hallenges unknown even a few generations ago. The rise of technology, the decline of the nuclear family, federal and state regulations, and a host of other challenges have transformed the profession. Nevertheless, a teacher must have certain skills to navigate the sometimes choppy waters of modern education.

EDUCATION

Subject Matter Depth You must have a measure of subject matter knowledge to be an effective educator. In secondary and postsecondary education, while you have a set of subjects to teach, you'll also need skills in other disciplines to help your students apply the facts. Science teachers often assist in reading comprehension. Math teachers may assist in science or technology. In preschool and primary education, you'll likely teach all core subjects, sometimes with the help of specialists or aides. Creating engaging lesson plans is challenging if you have no interest or knowledge in the topic. Communication Skills Communication skills are used from before the first bell until well after school is finished for the day. In a technologysaturated world, parents may communicate through email or social media before and after hours. The challenges of communicating with parents is often cited as a reason why some teachers leave the occupation. Classroom instruction requires you to communicate both facts and applications to your students in a way that shares information and teaches them to learn on their own. Teachers share lesson plans and presentations within a school district and at conferences on a regular basis. Teachers must also communicate effectively with administration about job expectations and methodologies. Flexibility Flexibility in teaching is sometimes overlooked. Teaching standards and methodologies change frequently. There

are often fads in teaching led by successful educators in conferences or seminars, but these can be very hard to duplicate in your unique situation. The mark of a flexible teacher is that she can apply the good parts of these fads and discard the bad. Flexibility is also important since every student is an individual and responds differently to teaching styles and methods. While some students memorize, others require hands-on, personal attention. Standardized testing highlights the need for flexibility since material and expectations change frequently. Classroom Management A teacher who knows the subject and how to teach and apply it, but can't maintain order in the classroom, will not be an effective teacher. He must use discipline when necessary, while not forgetting to

offer praise when deserved. He must set clear expectations and rules early in the school year and must be consistent in executing the rules to the end. He must gain the respect of students and address disrespectful ones quickly.

Qualified Teacher Status

Teachers should meet the following core standards at the end of the induction period and continue to meet them throughout their teaching career

Technology Technology saturates teaching. While many schools offer technology classes, students in most classrooms use technology to research, organize and present material. Interactive whiteboards, laptops and projectors are essential "tools of the trade" for many teachers. Most schools require teachers to update an electronic grade book program that allows parents to see student grades in real time. A professional teacher must support technology teachers and parents in teaching the benefits and dangers of using computers.

GOOD TEACHING: THE TOP TEN REQUIREMENTS 1. GOOD TEACHING is as much about passion as it is about reason. It's about not only motivating students to learn, but teaching them how to learn, and doing so in a manner that is relevant, meaningful, and memorable. It's about caring for your craft, having a passion for it, and conveying that passion to everyone, most importantly to your students. 2. GOOD TEACHING is about substance and training students as consumers of knowledge. It's about doing your best to keep on top of your field, reading sources, inside and outside of your areas of expertise, and being at the leading edge as often as possible. But knowledge is not confined to scholarly journals. Good teaching is also about bridging the gap between theory and practice. It's about leaving the ivory tower and immersing oneself in the field, talking to, consulting with, and assisting practitioners, and liaising with their communities. 3. GOOD TEACHING is about listening, questioning, being responsive, and remembering that each student and class is different. It's about eliciting responses and developing the oral communication skills of the quiet students. It's about pushing students to excel; at the same time, it's about being human, respecting others, and being professional at all times. 4. GOOD TEACHING is about not always having a fixed agenda and being rigid, but being flexible, fluid, experimenting, and having the confidence to react and adjust to changing circumstances. It's about getting only 10 percent of what you wanted to do in a class done and still feeling good. It's about deviating from the course syllabus or lecture schedule easily when there is more and better learning elsewhere. Good teaching is about the creative

balance between being an authoritarian dictator on the one hand and a pushover on the other. Good teachers migrate between these poles at all times, depending on the circumstances. They know where they need to be and when. 5. GOOD TEACHING is also about style. Should good teaching be entertaining? You bet! Does this mean that it lacks in substance? Not a chance! Effective teaching is not about being locked with both hands glued to a podium or having your eyes fixated on a slide projector while you drone on. Good teachers work the room and every student in it. They realize that they are conductors and the class is their orchestra. All students play different instruments and at varying proficiencies. A teacher's job is to develop skills and make these instruments come to life as a coherent whole to make music. 6. GOOD TEACHING is about humor. This is very important. It's about being selfdeprecating and not taking yourself too seriously. It's often about making innocuous jokes, mostly at your own expense, so that the ice breaks and students learn in a more relaxed atmosphere where you, like them, are human with your own share of faults and shortcomings. 7. GOOD TEACHING is about caring, nurturing, and developing minds and talents. It's about devoting time, often invisible, to every student. It's also about the thankless hours of grading, designing or redesigning courses, and preparing materials to further enhance instruction. 8. GOOD TEACHING is supported by strong and visionary leadership, and very tangible instructional support resources, personnel, and funds. Good teaching is continually reinforced by an overarching vision that transcends the entire organization from full professors to part-time instructors and is reflected in what is said, but more importantly by what is done. 01 | Aug 2014 | www.bharathiesolutions.com

9. GOOD TEACHING is about monitoring between senior and junior faculty, teamwork, and being recognized and promoted by one's peers. Effective teaching should also be rewarded, and poor teaching needs to be rededicated through training and development programs. 10. AT THE END OF THE DAY, good teaching is about having fun, experiencing pleasure and intrinsic rewards‌like locking eyes with a student in the back row and seeing the synapses and neurons connecting, thoughts being formed, the person becoming better, and a smile cracking across a face as learning all of a sudden happens. It's about the former student who says your course changed her life. It's about another telling you that your course was the best one he's ever taken. Good teachers practice their craft not for the money or because they have to, but because they truly enjoy it and because they want to. Good teachers couldn't imagine doing anything else.

“SITA” traditional character which has lot of scope to learn as an actress -Naveena Jackson Tell us about you? My name is Naveena Jackson. After completing my graduation, I had chosen modeling field. strongly feel that such films would rarely appear on the screen. It is a fantastic subject.

Tell us about your character in 'Movie Name'? My Character name is Sita. A very bubbly looking traditional character.

How about music and the producer of this film? About the music in the film, all the songs are different from others. The music in the movie shows Sai madhukar eclectic music taste. There is so much beautiful influence of music. There is never ever relevant. He has managed to start the film with a song. The producer Sri Aarun was very cooperative and helped complete the film without any disturbance. The shoot happened as per schedule because of him. I believe that 'Tappatadugu' would give him a good break as a producer.

Tell us about your character in “Tappatadugu” Movie? I am playing the role of “Sita”. It is a very good character with shades of typical South Indian culture. It is a two dimensional character. As I already told you, the character has a lot of scope for Acting. It is a very good character and has all the elements that a heroine would expect in a film. I have got such an opportunity in this film itself. I think I am lucky for having got a chance to work in this film. When the story was narrated to me, I think out of all the characters, “Sita” character was a little biased. I love my character in the movie..

A.S.S.V Ateliers & Violet Kite productions are making their foray into movies with their debut movie Tappatadugu in Telugu & Tavaranapaathai in Tamil. The movie holds itself to a strong story line which itself is the protagonist . The characterization have been seen scripted in a way that gives each and every character a strong characterization. The artists have been seen handpicked from acting school and in theatres so that the entire depiction seemed very natural. In order to be accurate we had trained the entire actors in our workshop's where we had several rehearsals on script, acting, and other minute details of the acting. Then the revision done at the preproduction stages had eased away our process while at shoot. The shoot had been done in complete remote locates in order to have an authentic look. It had been a tedious job for our unit member while doing our location scouting . we had to travel completely to remote areas and had to also shoot our part as per our stories requirement. Our cinematography had been done by Mr. Karna who has assisted Mr.Chota K Naidu in many prestigious projects. He had done tremendous work as for as photography in concerned. Mr.Sai Madhukar had done excellent tunes for our project and had given a remarkable rerecording. This tunes will definitely haunt the listeners.
