1.
Product trends
After analyzing the webpage: b-guide.com we came to the conclusion that it始s in a need for a makeover. Nowadays, webpages are under a lot of pressure of changing their image to 2.0 webs and doing so it becomes more efficient in every way, and is more appealing for the web user. In this dossier we will change the website B-guided.com from 1.0 to 2.0 by creating a brand new website with the same domain name. We will implement a lot of new 2.0 features such as RSS, Applications, CRM, Tags, SEO etc.
2.! Consumer behavior trends In the world we are living to day everybody want to be important and let their voice be heard so to have a successful webpage the best thing you can do is to allow the e-comers to be able to comment on your site and be involved in what is happening. The best part is that your normal user can talk about it始s experience and you don始t have to pay a specialist to talk about what始s going on, events restaurants etc. The more you allow your follower to be involved with your web page the more likely it will be successful. We see that the 2.0 web pages that include a lot of communication between the everyday Joe, become very well known, like Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr
3.! SWOT B-Guided is web 1.0 The Webpage is programmed in flash, making it for impossible for apple platforms such as iPad and iPhone users to view the page. Entire text in the page is in a photo format, making it impossible to copy or share text. Address bar disappears when site is entered. Search engines like Google and Bing can始t index the site when text is in photo format. Changing the language to English seems to do very little, making it very hard for non Spanish speakers to browse the webpage and understanding it始s content. Some links are not working. Google Analytics can not fully function. Webpage looks like it isn始t finished.

7.
2.0 and CRM
Consumers are now spending more time on social networks than any other form of website, including porn. Our social media strategy would be to engage our fans and sustaining a meaningful relationship with them through Facebook & Twitter. Customized content. When you have your brand/page on different social websites you should not automate your updates. Donʼt share the same content across all networks (Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr etc.) in the same format. It takes more time but on the other hand you gain more respect from your followers. Some Facebook users get irritated when they see hashtags in their Facebook streams. If a mistake is done, admit it. Nobody expects us to be perfect. Thank users for their replies and for sharing their opinions. Wish users happy holidays, ask them to share stories or ask them questions. Donʼt be afraid of negative comments or sensitive topics. Post videos and photos. People like photos and videos and Facebook offers a feature to bring more fans to your page. If you post a video/photo and a non fan user sees it a button in the top left corner invites them to like your page. Put your fans in charge. Sometimes we donʼt make the best choices, listen to your fans and what they like. Target your status updates. When you have a global website. You should make good use of targeting. This can easily be done when posting an update. Not all of our fans want to know about campaigns/contests in different country. Ask questions. Get fans to express them self on any topic, ask them to share their favorite content. If you ask them once in a while fans participate more. Diversify the content. Sometimes users donʼt know what to post. Try to add how-toʼs, trivia about your company, polls, surveys, etc. Have your own voice. Be funny, creative & entertaining. Find your voice.

B_guide 2.0 and locating/ubiquity/identification
B-Guided will have its own mobile version of the web page, under the name m.bguided.com. When browsing on mobile devices, people are usually on the go and really don始t have time to view the content. Our solution would be to cut down our content to some major value points but at the same time we will provide our users with a link to the main article, containing all of the content. Images in content is a must, but with the mobile version of our website we will make sure that we won始t have much graphics, because most mobile phones take forever to load heavy images. Our images will be in .JPEG .GIF or .PNG format as these files are light weight.
