ou’re either one of those people who gets excited about the healthy living choices you’re putting on your New Year’s resolutions list, or you’re like me and wish that January was in an hourglass that you could turn upside down and voila—it’s February! Regardless of which side you take, who says that healthy cannot also mean amazing and relaxing? Discover 10 bespoke spa locations in “Unrivaled Tranquility” (page 22) offering distinct services such as having your chakra worked on, a full body exfoliation with salt from the Dead Sea, or a massage in the trees. As for me, I intend to add several spa days to my list, all in the name of healthy living of course. If your idea of venturing on the path to health and well-being involves new beauty products then check out “Juicy New You” (page 73). In honor of National Grapefruit Month—February—we rounded up a few products with grapefruit-y goodness in their essential oils. While you’re at it, be sure to peruse the “Winter Warrior” (page 72) products that are sure to help ward off dry skin. If you’re looking for even more ways to get healthy, one of our favorites for 2017 is the Peloton—a new breed of bike with a sleek design and the ability to interact with users around the world. 1/4 cup Frangelico Place first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and whisk until the Nutella has melted. Reduce the heat to low and add the Frangelico and brandy. Heat, but do not boil. Serve with whip cream or marshmallows.
