Dawn Marie Bates-Buchanan, was raised in Venice Florida, where her Father was a Police Officer and where she graduated from local Venice High School. Dawn Marie graduated from Stetson University College in December of 1998. Dawn Marie worked for legal aid in Daytona Beach and Bradenton doing family and elder law as Managing Attorney, before opening the Bates-Buchanan & Savitsky Law Group. Dawn Marie handles Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate and Bankruptcy law. Dawn Marie is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law and Circuit Civil and Foreclosure Mediator, with special training in Mortgage Modification Mediation in Bankruptcy. Dawn Marie is also trained as a Collaborative Family Law Attorney.
