David E. Gurley is the principal shareholder of Gurley & Associates. He has been Florida Board Certified as an expert in Construction Law since 2005. Mr. Gurley’s practice for the last thirty-five years has concentrated on matters relating to the construction and design of private and public development projects including, contract negotiation and drafting; project oversight and Board of Claims proceedings; construction and design defect analysis and documentation; scheduling and delay claims; lender issues; project takeovers and completions for sureties; surety indemnity actions; construction licensing and disciplinary matters; and, the mediation, arbitration and litigation of construction and design disputes.
