Jane Shackleton, MSc Organic Farming

Jane came from working on her family’s organically certified farm in Ireland to develop her knowledge and understanding of organic farming Despite having an already sound working knowledge of the industry, the MSc offered Jane the chance to meet others from a similar background to herself as well as those who are just beginning their journey into organic farming

The friends she made during the course stay in touch and continue to share knowledge and experiences as they all progress further in their careers and studies . Jane’s thirst for knowledge continued on from being awarded her MSc and she went on to study a PhD in multispecies grasslands
