Our Schools ICT Service work directly with schools and academies to provide a range of support services which are designed to match individual requirements and budgets.
We offer unbiased advice enabling schools to effectively supplement existing equipment and software with the right future technologies for both staff and students. We are a service-led and not profit driven team who always have a school’s best interests at the forefront of our delivery.

Commercial Services – Our account management and sales team have a wealth of IT knowledge and solutioning expertise to help you to make and implement the right choice with your IT equipment purchases every time. We can supply a variety of hardware products from desktop computers and laptops to the very latest in Interactive Boards and next level computer technologies and can provide you with access to our E-Portal website for live pricing and stock levels for a variety of IT products.
Onsite ICT Support – A dedicated and experienced ICT engineer will carry out onsite visits either on a regular or more customised basis to suit your school’s needs. As part of this service, we also provide remote support to you (where needed) to ensure your faults and requests are dealt with more efficiently and the impact of any IT issues are minimised.
Infrastructure Support – Your IT infrastructure is crucial to your school computers working effectively. We can manage your school network and provide support for the school server and local area network (LAN) to provide peace of mind that you will always be fully supported and where required we will replace the hardware like for like as part of this service in the event of a major failure.
We can provide the following services:
Online Data Backup – Backing up your school’s critical data is essential, and we can provide an online backup service to suit your data backup requirements, using UK data centres, ensuring all your critical data is backed up daily and held securely using the latest encryption to protect this. As part of this package, we provide file/folder restoration along with disaster recovery assistance.

Scheduled On-Site Support
Our Schools ICT Service will provide a skilled, experienced and Full Trained ICT Support engineer that will be dedicated to you and scheduled on a regular basis to suit your needs and all our engineers will hold current DS/CRB Advanced clearances.
Our technical support engineers will be aware of any logged fault calls or requests and will action them as directed on attendance to allow you to prioritise the most important calls as you see necessary. Where IT faults can be diagnosed and resolved either remotely or over the telephone our support team will be on hand to help.
Packages Available
This is one of our core Schools ICT support packages designed to meet the operational day to day ICT requirements. When purchasing this package, you will be allocated a set number of onsite hours for the academic year under which we will deliver our service to you. Additional hours may be purchased should you exceed your allocation.
Your dedicated engineer will work to rectify all hardware and software faults whilst onsite. They will look at how you can get the most from your existing IT devices and infrastructure along with helping you to effectively supplement this, providing unbiased advice on the right future technologies backed by our in-house account management team.
Working closely with you and becoming familiar with the school’s ICT infrastructure and key members of your staff, your dedicated engineer will be responsible for supporting and maintaining all elements of your ICT on a scheduled and regular
responsibilities will involve desktop, laptop, tablet and peripheral support in addition to server administration and general network support and all our engineers are experienced with Microsoft, Apple and Google technologies.

Our websites operate on WordPress Content Management, designed specifically for websites, and used worldwide. Offering global international standard platform with an easy-to-use CMS (Content Management System).
Along with the standard features our bespoke websites offer, we can add a variety of extras, such as a social media wall, or a video background. After a couple of years, our existing clients can enjoy a brand-new look or design refresh, for a special low one-off cost.

Unlimited Remote Support Online Support Ticket System Free ICT 5 Year Business Plan
SCC ICT offer a going support package to always ensure and maintain online security including site backups and Software patching, and plug-in upgrades as needed.
Covering your school server/s and all staff computers (Windows based systems only) using our Business-Class system AEM. We will keep all your critical computer systems up to date with the latest Microsoft updates and security patches to ensure they remain compatible and compliant, whilst reducing security risks.
This support package will look after Staff and optional pupil accounts. It is based on the number of full-time working Teaching and Admin Staff within the School (FTE’s). This package will ensure starts and levers are dealt with correctly, including data backups and archiving of staff accounts and pupils. Ensuring Staff and Pupils always stay safe and secure. Included are also One Drive and SharePoint Support.

Managed Microsoft 365 Cloud Tenant
Microsoft 365 and Office 365 need to be managed and controlled by trained and qualified staff, especially when working in Schools. This package is designed for schools wishing to develop and utilize Microsoft and Microsoft Education for Staff, with a pupil support option which can be included. Adding Licences to your Cloud offer will save your School both Money and Time.
Our managed cloud offerings are designed for Schools, making it easy to move to and embrace the Microsoft Cloud. If you are looking for a fully managed, outsourced solution for email, files, then we can help. We can also add services for phone, device management and security or help to move away from out-of-date on-premises infrastructure and VPNs (Not included in this Package)
Design:

Our annual support and maintenance fee includes unlimited support by telephone or email, training resources, and website hosting. Domain Names are charged separately. Domain Names and Domain Name Hosting - 2 years: Domain Names and Domain Name Hosting £29.00 per two years. Online Backup: We can provide you with a secure online backup solution to suit your requirements, backing up all specifically agreed data held on your school’s server/s including MIS data. We are always looking at ways to provide value added services which matter to schools and integrating them into our existing service packages with no additional charge. For example, as part of the Infrastructure Support and Onsite Support packages we look to keep your School Server/s and all your Admin and Teacher computers up to date with the latest Microsoft Window and Office updates and patches through our central management system to ensure they all remain fully compliant and secure.
