Jonah Adams
During my time here at St Stephen’s and St Agnes...
I have accomplished many different goals of mine in track and field. I only ran Winter Track in my Junior and Senior years, however, I have managed to improve tremendously by consistently setting new personal bests and qualifying for the state meet in my two years of running. Additionally, I have also built strong relationships with my teammates and coaches that I will never forget. I have gotten to know them personally and improve with them every day. Finally, I have also accomplished the most important goal for me, to fall in love with another sport. In the past two years, I have grown to love running and I will continue to cherish running for the rest of my life.
After I graduate I plan to... I will still remember the memories and experiences I made running. I will always think about the ups and downs of my journey, the bus rides with my teammates, and the hard workouts I persevered through at practice. I will continue to run on my own and potentially run club track in college if I feel it is the right choice for me. Regardless of what the future of running holds for me, I will always remember my years for SSSAS Track and Field.
Andrew Bemner
During my time here at St Stephen’s and St Agnes... I have greatly improved times and skills on and off the track thanks to my coaches and teammates.
After I graduate I plan to... I plan to keep running on my own. Thanks to this team and all the workouts it will be a lot easier.

Bradley Cruthirds
I have won two IAC Championships and have been on the podium 5 times at states. I have also gone to Track and Field Nationals twice. I hope that I have inspired my teammates to work hard and strive for success. I hope the team will be able to work hard and achieve our goal of going to Penn Relays this outdoor season.
After I graduate I plan to... I plan to run Division 1 Track and Field at Davidson College. I will take the lessons this team has taught me to the next level and further my success.

Marcus King
I have accomplished by trying new things this track season. Coming from cross country, I got to try out many new events, each with their own special challenges. I ran my first relay(4x800), my first 1600 and my first 3200. I also got to meet new people and learn new strategies to win in these different events. I plan to take these learnings into spring track so I can do my best next season.
After I graduate I plan to... I plan to run club Cross Country. My goal is to run a sub 35 minute 10k. Running track has helped me with my health, both mental and physical. It has also connected me with other runners, who have encouraged me to be a better person and a better runner. I would love to continue this in college.
Lauren Scott During my time here at St Stephen’s and St Agnes... I started running track my sophomore year to stay in shape for lacrosse and soccer. I ended up deciding to stop playing lacrosse, and then soccer, and commit to track. I love my team, and I don’t doubt that I made the right choice. In states last year, I placed 7th in VISSA in the 500m and 9th in the 400m. I hope to finish my last season strong!
After I graduate I plan to... I plan to major in biology on a pre-med track. Even though I don’t know where I’m going to college yet, I know that track has helped me harness skills that will allow me to be successful wherever I end up. Track has taught me hard work, dedication, and how to manage high-pressure situations, which I know will benefit me in this new stage of my life. The friendships I have made on the track team will have a lasting impact on me. I won’t forget the many sunsets we have watched together at the end of practice. I’m so proud of my teammates and the things they have accomplished so far, and I can’t wait to see what’s next!
Grace Sherner During my time here at St Stephen’s and St Agnes... I have worked on improving my times, trying new events, and becoming part of a team.
After I graduate I plan to... continue running every day. Running has become a source of exercise for me, but also a time where I can take a break from school work and clear my head. I am going to miss all of the time spent together as a team at track meets.

Chris Shorter
I have accomplished a ton of goals. I jumped at nationals, medaled at states, and won conference. I also had the most points at Draper last year which has always been a goal of mine. I broke many personal records over the years, but the record I’m most proud of is my school triple jump record.
After I graduate I plan to... Thanks to track and field, I will continue to run and work out on my own after I graduate. Being on the team has taught me how to be a leader as well as how to persevere through anything that gets in my way. I’ll always remember riding on the bus with my teammates to away meets.
During my time here at St Stephen’s and St Agnes...
Alex Williams
I have accomplished qualifying for states in the 55m and the 300m.
After I graduate I plan to... Even though it’s only my second season doing winter track I’ve gained plenty of knowledge over that time. Winter Track has taught me that improvement won’t always be linear but you can always strive to get better every time you attempt something wether it be in an athletic setting or academic setting.
Jeremy Young
During my time here at St Stephen’s and St Agnes... I broke 19 minutes in a 5k, which was my goal from the start of my sophomore season. I also qualified for indoor track states in the 2 mile, which was a goal of mine from the start of my senior season. I hope I have been able to set an example for the underclassmen, to show them that consistency and hard work pay off and lead to improvement.
After I graduate I plan to... continue running and enjoying pushing myself even if it is not for an organized team. I will always remember the great bond our team has here and I will miss seeing you guys everyday. Track and cross country have shown me the kind of results and progress you can make when you commit yourself to the program and take responsibility for your own success.
