This workshop will allow you to learn the tools needed to adopt lean processing techniques. You will gain knowledge on lean fundamentals, effective team working, leading teams within a lean culture, goal setting and the A3 reporting system. You will learn how to influence change through value stream mapping and time line mapping, all of which will maximise your cost savings.

Designed to develop change and management skills to enable change to be implemented in an effective and positive way, the workshop looks at how to engage with individual teams or a whole organisation, leading to positive and sustainable outcomes. You will learn how to engage teams in the change process and how to empower them to achieve positive outcomes. You will also learn ways in which to deal with difficulties and resistance to change.

This workshop will provide you with the tools and techniques required to generate, evolve and implement good ideas in a purposeful and resourceful way. You will explore the principles of creative and lateral thinking and how to apply an innovative, creative thinking process in the workplace. You will have the opportunity to gain creative and dynamic idea generation skills and incentives that get results.

This workshop will enable you to communicate effectively within teams, allowing you to work more productively and enhance the overall performance of your team. You will learn about behavioural profiles, the preferences and perspectives of stakeholders and the impact this has on the way you communicate. This workshop will also allow you to gain an understanding of the importance of background knowledge and knowing the goals of your communications. You will gain knowledge of how to effectively manage relationships, implement effective decision-making and create positive rapport with stakeholders.

Developing Team Performance 19 February 2013 or 12 June 2013 One Day £175 Aimed at supporting you to gain valuable tools and techniques in order to build a cohesive and efficient team, this workshop will enable you to develop your team so that they are adaptable, motivated and operate in an effective manner. Effective Goal Setting and Performance Appraisal 7 March 2013 or 13 June 2013 One Day £175 This workshop will allow you to gain an understanding of the ‘dos and don’ts’ of performance appraisals, including how to set SMART targets and provide constructive feedback to your team. The workshop explores the performance management cycle, the performance appraisal process and will allow you to develop the skills necessary to put these into practice.
