Stable View Eventing Academy Program - May

welcome

Welcome to Stable View’s Eventing Academy.

. We’re trying to continue to develop the Stable View Community. From the Eventing Academy to our Volunteers, not forgetting our in-house newsletter the “Stable View,” the way we manage these areas is different from most. That also goes for the Employees who work here. We are trying to follow established business practices, not just do it “the way it’s been done before.” As a competitor here today you can see that this is as close to being a Recognized HT as possible but at a much lower price. The Fences are staked, and they’re decorated. There is an ambulance on site and there is food. The Course is set by a recognized Course Designer - there’s also a Program. We are trying to make this event as close as possible to the real thing. Every time a Stable View Volunteer arrives to go to work, we roll out the red carpet. It might be the “Goodies” they are offered, or it might be an EA Pass. Our Volunteers are loyal, consistent and knowledgeable. We respect them and thank them, and their leader Rhonda Campbell - you do a great job. Another difference is in the way we communicate with the Stable View Community. Four times a year we send out our house magazine the “Stable View” electronically. This goes to over 6,200 recipients, keeping them up to date with events at Stable View. There is information regarding our Bird Program and there is always an article written by one of our Sponsors and one written by one of our Volunteers. As we develop the business of Stable View, communication is King - it’s the way to let everyone within this Community know what’s going on. As I mentioned earlier, were trying to do something a bit different and that also goes for how we get the job done. All who work in the Office are full time employees, and we can say the same regarding the Grounds Staff. Again, this is a different approach and we believe that difference shows. Please enjoy your time here today, and, most important, be safe. Regards, Barry and Cyndy
