- Be a team player. Our program places great importance on collaboration and a joint change of perspective from problem to solution. During your time with us, you must be prepared to be inspired by and build on others’ ideas. - Leave your comfort zone. This program is all about facing new challenges, creating solutions, and developing your potential. To do that well, you need to be able to leave your comfort zone with ease. - Be curious. The best way for you to get the most out of your time with us is to be curious and let that fuel your creativity. Be prepared to think outside the box. - Bring your entrepreneurial mindset. We welcome those who wish to challenge existing problems, make new ideas tangible, and generate solutions. Be sure to show us your entrepreneurial mindset. - Think sustainably. You should be willing to focus on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals to find future-oriented solutions to existing problems.
