Directions Help children color the four scenes and cut out the square as one piece (do not cut between scenes). Attach a spinner in the center of the circle using a paper fastener and paper clip (loose enough for the paper clip to spin freely). Children can spin the paper clip. When the paper clip lands on a scene, kids can tell about that scene and how Moses led God’s people: 1) From a burning bush God called Moses. 2) Moses was chosen to lead God’s people. 3) God guided His people by a pillar of cloud during the day. 4) God guided His people by a pillar of fire during the night.

Solomon Prays for Wisdom

God Answers Prayer

—1 Kings 3, 4

God was very pleased with King Solomon. One night God came to Solomon in a dream and said, “Ask for anything you want. I will give it to you.” Solomon asked for only one thing. Because God was so pleased with Solomon, He gave him other gifts as well. To find out what Solomon asked for, write the letters on the first sun ray in the correct order on the first line. Continue writing the letters on the other sun rays in the correct order to find out what else God gave to King Solomon.
