BIBLE SEARCH Supplies Bibles, Bible Search (p. 6), tub of water, small objects (rock, small ball, leaf, penny, quarter, plastic block, spoon, plastic lid, crayon), pencils Before class, make copies of page 6, one per child, and gather the supplies. Fill a tub with a couple inches of water. In our story today, Jesus does another miracle to help His followers. We’re going to do an experiment with water and then discover what Jesus did that shows how powerful He is. Distribute copies of page 6. Give each child a turn to experiment to see which objects sink or float. Then ask children to turn to Matthew 14:25 in their Bibles and find out what Jesus did that shows how powerful He is. Distribute pencils and ask children to write their response at the bottom of the page. Route 52™ Online Copyright © 2010 by Standard Publishing, www.standardpub.com.
