SUMMER TRAINING
THIS PROGRAM WILL FOCUS ON: personalized training goals tailored to each athlete developing muscle hypertrophy, strength, mobility, speed, agility, and cardiovascular fitness exercise selection that is age and ability appropriate assistance with recovery and return to play from previous and current injuries
PROGRAM COMPONENTS INITIAL ASSESSMENT
Movement screen and performance assessment to assist with program development
Nutritional education and recommendations that coincide with athletic goals
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Training phases geared toward athletes’ goals and physical maturity
Day-to-day athlete monitoring to assess recovery and readiness to train
All workouts, performance testing, and daily athlete monitoring will be recorded using a Cloud-based athlete management software

TIMES: 3:15-4:30 p.m. for Grades 8-10
4:45-6 p.m. for Grades 11-12
COST: $695 + HST
Sessions are limited to 15 students
