NIGHT MARE–1966 COUPE

GO FIGURE, THIS WAS JUST SUPPOSED TO BE A SIMPLE 2BBL TO 4BBL SWAP AND TWO YEARS LATER THIS WAS THE END RESULT.

Here is my 1966 Mustang Coupe. Originally it was a 289 C code four-speed built in Metuchen, New Jersey in January of 1966 with black interior and vintage burgundy exterior. I purchased this car in December of 2020. I decided to change it over to a four barrel but that led to a rebuild making it a 347 Stroker motor with all forged internals, H rod beams, aluminum heads, and intake 4 barrel carburetor.

The engine is made up of Ford Performance heads, Comp Cams valvetrain, Mahle Pistons, Holman Moody intake and a Holley carb, Canton deep sump oil pan, Billet pulleys, Cobra Valve covers, and GT air cleaner. Ignition is Pertronix distributor and coil. It is also equipped with a Cold Case aluminum radiator, Chockostang front disc brakes and dual master cylinder with all new brake lines.
