Your team Britton Burdette Director Britton Burdette is a Director at Stan Johnson Company and leads a team of highly qualified professionals specializing in the disposition, acquisition, and capitalization of net lease office and industrial properties. Since joining Stan Johnson Company in 2012, he and his qualified Atlanta team have delivered experience, expertise and unparalleled access to institutional and private capital investors. Burdette’s core competencies lie in his deep understanding of the overall investment market, escrow management processes, negotiation, innovative brokerage strategies, sense of urgency, and appreciation of the inherent subtleties of net lease transactions. Prior to facilitating the opening of Stan Johnson Company Atlanta, Burdette was with one of the largest commercial brokerage companies in the United States and was recognized as one of their top net lease professionals. He also served as a consulting associate with Callan Associates, the largest independently-owned institutional financial consulting firm in the country. There his team represented fourteen key accounts totaling over $24 billion in managed assets. Couch focuses on the acquisition and disposition of net leased office and industrial properties for institutions and private equity firms as an Associate working in the Atlanta office. Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Couch operated as a tenant advisor in the Office Properties Group at Avison Young. Brent Bono joined Stan Johnson Company in March of 2015. Bono specializes in market research and analytics, financial modeling, and credit underwriting in valuing new listing proposals. In managing transactions, Bono participates in business development and marketing, and runs point in evolving deals from LOI to contract and guiding an efficient close.
Crosby Taylor joined Stan Johnson Company as an Analyst in January of 2017. Taylor focuses on lease abstraction, credit analysis, due diligence coordination, report generation, buyer research and production research.
Prior to Stan Johnson Company, Taylor interned for a variety of different companies. Most recently, Taylor worked for two years as an Asset Management and Underwriting Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Bono excelled on the Intern for Medical Properties Trust, Inc (NYSE: MPW). He also spent a focused Sale Comparable Team at CoStar Group, Inc., analyzing legal summer working abroad in Barcelona, documentation to support strategic Spain as a Business Development interviewing in determining the value, Intern for a local health and wellness company.
