Jason Long Associate Director Jason Long is a seasoned investment sales real estate broker specializing in the acquisition and disposition of retail net lease assets nationwide. Long’s extensive track record includes both buyer and seller representation. He currently manages a team within the Atlanta office, which has a major presence in the retail, office, industrial, and sale-leaseback sectors of the net lease market. Before joining Stan Johnson Company, Long served as an investment advisor and single-tenant specialist for Shane Investment Property Group. He was a top producer for the company and represented well known institutional clients, developers, and private owners. While at Shane Investment, he achieved several cap rate records in the Southeast, for several high credit national tenants.
Adam Jennings Associate Adam Jennings is an Associate with Stan Johnson Company on Team Long, where he focuses on the acquisition and disposition of net leased retail properties for private equity and institutions. Jennings brings experience of analysis, due diligence, and closings of over $100 million in multi-tenant retail properties from his previous position as an Analyst and Investment Advisor at Shane Investment Property Group. After earning his Bachelor’s degree from Fresno State, Jennings was drafted in the 2006 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons and also spent time with the Detroit Lions and the New York Giants. During Jennings’ 5 years in the National Football League he participated in the NFL Business Entrepreneurship Program at the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, and Stanford School of Business. Jennings is an active member of the Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors, the Atlanta Young Council of Realtors, and is actively pursuing his CCIM designation.
