Working in real estate for over 10 years, Marc Barber has been involved in a wide variety of investment sales, marketing, and underwriting assignments. Since moving to Stan Johnson Company in 2014, Marc Barber and his team have sold +$225 million in transaction value across +12 states. Marc has transacted in every primary Western market, as well as many secondary and tertiary markets. Prior to his current role, Marc was a Partner with Palmer Capital, working on brokerage assignments totaling +$2 billion in transaction value. As a licensed General Appraiser, Marc was engaged in valuations of office, retail, industrial, and apartment properties with a cumulative value over $500 million. Marc has underwritten, marketed, and closed single-tenant to multitenant properties including ground leases, sale leasebacks, and equity placements. Marc currently holds a broker’s license in California, Idaho, Nevada, South Dakota and Washington.

Michael R. Tauber is an Analyst with Stan Johnson Company’s Sacramento office where he works with a team of highly qualified professionals specializing in business development and client services for owners and tenants of net lease retail, drive thru restaurants and automotive properties. Tauber leverages 3 years of oil & gas, and lease analysis experience building long-term relationships while delivering unparalleled service to his clients. Tauber worked with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) before joining Stan Johnson Company, where he utilized his expertise to reduce clients’ expenses while managing their properties leaseholds. Prior to joining JLL, Tauber was working as an independent Landman in Texas where he was responsible for researching properties for clients, compiling data and maps, and investigating potential oil well acquisitions in West Texas.
