Chris Lomuto Associate Director

Lomuto brings roughly 18 years of commercial real estate experience to Stan Johnson Company, including time spent in acquisitions and dispositions, lease negotiations, construction and development project management, and commercial property management. He has worked with some of the largest and most respected commercial real estate owners, users, and managers in the world, ranging from Fortune 500 corporate users, to publicly traded REITs and financial institutions, to private equity investors of all different sizes. As a real estate professional, Lomuto is driven by a genuine desire to help people, and an unwavering commitment to intelligent, informed, strategy-driven investment decision making. He demonstrates that commitment daily, with valuefocused underwriting that seeks to uncover the true intrinsic and marketable value of a given property or opportunity. He has issued over 1,000 contracts and amendments, and leverages that knowledge and experience to uncover and understand details that so often go unnoticed or misunderstood when underwriting or evaluating deals.

Milo Spector Associate Director

Spector joined Stan Johnson Company from a top five global commercial real estate firm, where he served as an investment advisor alongside Chris Lomuto. Starting as an intern, Spector’s real estate career has been dedicated to net lease from day one. Quickly, Spector has become an active and well respected player in the field of net lease, with an exceptional understanding of marketing, and specialized expertise in food service real estate. Prior to his real estate career, Spector worked with multiple restaurant groups in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he gained an intimate knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the food service business. Spector leverages this knowledge to serve as a resource for restaurant owners who may be considering such options as expansion, or the unlocking of capital from their owned real estate. Spector carries a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, with a special interest in B2B sales.
