Jubilee of Mercy Pope Francis has announced an Extraordinary Jubilee Year of Mercy, which begins on December 8, 2015, Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception, and will end on November 20, 2016, Feast of Christ the King. This will be a year of great grace for the Church and the entire world, while we implore God’s Mercy upon the world and seek to bring His Mercy to others. As Catholics, an important way to participate in the great Jubilee is to gain the Jubilee Indulgence. In the tradition of the Church, an indulgence is a remission of the punishment for sin and can be applied to ourselves or the deceased. “Let us live this Jubilee intensely, begging the Father to forgive our sins and to bathe us in His merciful ‘indulgence.’” ~ Pope Francis
How to Obtain the Jubilee of Mercy Indulgence: For all able Catholics: 1. Go on pilgrimage through the Holy Door at one of the four papal basilicas in Rome or at your local diocesan Cathedral or other designated churches. 2. Go to Confession. 3. Attend Mass and receive the Holy Eucharist, with a reflection on mercy. 4. Make a profession of faith. 5. Pray for the Holy Father and his intentions. For the sick, elderly, and homebound: 1. Live this moment of trial with faith and joyful hope. 2. Receive the Holy Eucharist if possible.
3. Or attend Mass and community prayer, even through the various means of communication. Remember them in the Eucharistic celebration and pray for them.

2015 has been a record year at Relevant Radio. We have been so abundantly blessed by your continued support and prayers. We celebrated our 15th Anniversary and our Holy Father’s first visit to our great nation. We are reaching more young people than ever before on our mobile app and social media. We recently welcomed WWJZ 640 AM in Philadelphia to our network, and Relevant Radio now owns and operates 16 stations! Combined with our 31 affiliates, we broadcast to 60 million souls across 25 states on a total of 48 stations. By God’s grace, we have doubled our size in two years, reaching twice as many souls with the merciful love of Jesus Christ.
As we look back on the past year of blessings, milestones, and opportunities, we recognize that your support got us here.
