1430 AM - New Jersey, new york, New Station! On June 19th, the FCC approved our purchase of a new radio station located in Newark, NJ! This station, covering the entire New York City and New Jersey area, went on the air in August and is reaching 16 million souls with the hope of Christ.

Message from the executive Director Thanks be to God, Our Lady and St. Joseph, 2014 was truly a remarkable year! The Lord continues to shower Relevant Radio with abundant blessings! We welcomed several new stations into our Relevant Radio network, celebrated the canonization of Relevant Radio patron Saint John Paul II, and experienced growth in not only our listening audience, but also our digital and social media presence. During the summer of 2014, the FCC approved our purchase of our New York/New Jersey station, in the largest media market in the country. That new station, 1430 AM WNSW, now allows us to reach 16 million souls in New York and New Jersey. I can’t wait to see what wonderful things our New York and
New Jersey market has in store for us! With our continued expansion on the East Coast, we received more prayer requests than ever before. In 2014, we prayed for over 479,000 personal prayer requests before the Blessed Sacrament, at Mass, and with the help of the Discalced Carmelite Nuns in Denmark, WI. We’ve been busy praying for you, and that may be the most important thing we do! We pray for you and the Saints pray for us, especially Saint John Paul II. One of our favorite events of the year was the canonization of Saint John Paul II, patron of Relevant Radio. I was blessed to be in Rome for the historic event, and Relevant Radio provided a LIVE broadcast of the Canonization Mass. Saint John Paul II was a huge proponent of the Divine Mercy devotion, and our Divine Mercy Chaplet each day at 4pm ET/3pm CT remains the
“most listened to hour in Catholic radio”. Praise God for allowing us to share Divine Mercy each day with so many thousands of souls across the world! In 2015, as we celebrate the Year of Consecrated Life, and as we fervently pray for the Holy Father’s upcoming visit to the United States and for the Synod on the Family, we look forward to the 15th Anniversary of Relevant Radio!
