scheduled to go under the hammer at a set auction date, potential buyers are still allowed to give pre-auction offers and if, a) they are above the reserve price and b) the vendor is happy with the terms put on the table, the sale goes through beforehand. Therefore if any properties are of interest to you, do not hesitate to enquire as it could be gone well before auction day.
